Our escrow was delayed at the last minute but we had to be out of our old place. Pride Moving was very understanding and coordinated the move and storage of our stuff until it was delivered to our new place. The guys were professional and careful with all our stuff. Sandra, the GM was extremely helpful and was available to answer all our questions along the way. The quote they provided was accurate and there were no surprise fees or costs. This was the first time we have used a moving company for a move and because of Pride’s service, we will never move without them.

Great job, start to finish !, I had it packed they loaded and left, drove 2600 miles, 2 days later my stuff showed up in perfect condition, driver was great quick shuttle, stress free :) good job Pride moving and storage and Arpin Van Lines. What a relief!:)

These guys moved me 8 years ago and we had a good experience. We used them again because the price was right and we didn’t know when we were going to close until the last minute and they could deal with that. We also used them as packers and that’s really where the 2 stars comes from. Calling it a packing service is generous, it was more like a throwing everything in a box service. Our fine china was stacked, a few pieces of paper around it and put into the box. Luckily none of it broke. Games were throw into boxes, with the pieces all over the place. We had to unpack every box in order to find things because there was no rhyme or reason to it.
Also, frustrating was that they gave us an 8−10am window for packing and moving and they arrived at 10:30 for packing and 11:30 for moving. They didn’t finish packing on the packing day and we barely made it out of our place in time to hand the keys over. It was very stressful.
Some of the guys were nice, but overall the service was not very good.

Promised a lot, but without delivery. The associate was a smooth talker. The office does not return phone calls. The workers are over worked, and showed up over 4 plus hours late. NO PHONE call from anyone about there tardiness! When we called to find out IF they were coming as scheduled, no one would tell us yes or no… They could not take all the furniture per our contract, & thus we ended up having to rent a UHaul. The delivery date was scheduled for the next day, and again, no phone call or anything to tell us that they would not be delivering on the date as planned. On the following Tuesday we were told they would deliver our household goods. AFTER US CONTACTING THEM. They did not use the ramp for removal of the furniture, dropped our washing machine and dented several other furniture pieces. The beds were not placed in the protection boxes nor were the couches & chairs covered to protect them from the moving trucks. They do have very hard workers for the packing and unloading, but absolutely would not ever recommend them to anyone. Bad experience. NOW, in asking for insurance information for them, Mr JM continues to deny knowledge of who they are. Promised an email with the information on Monday, July 16, 2012, and it is now Wednesday. Horrible customer service. Chaos, headaches and really disappointed that someone would be so deceiving and horrid for a profession that deserves to be better.

Wow !!! They came out with a small truck to move a 5 bed room, not the 18 wheels they promised… and messed me and my home move up. What chaos.
I had no choice because of a move out dead line that weekend would have cost me a move out penalty.
But to let them move under duress. Then !!!
They took my furniture to their warehouse and things disappeared. Kyle the manager takes no responsibility to complete the task.
I have a problem they have yet to fixed it 60 days from my move day. March 3 May the 5th still waiting.
They still have not delivered my furniture, missing Books, and Jewelry

Hire them if you don’t value your possessions or peace of mind. Trust them not

So in the beginning my family and I were astonished with the work ethic these guys had. We have a 2 story house 5 bedroom, huge living and dinning room and also a huge garage filled with boxes from our prior move of our law firm. These guys arrived early and started to work fast. But the move took longer than estimated, I understand an hourly pay is just that, but that was the sole reason we had someone come look at the house for an estimate. Long story short, because of soooo many boxes in our garage, we suggested to move the interior first, this did not follow through. The outcome of the stubbornness and not following our directions, our boxes from our office are now are now mixed with our clothes, shoes and necessities of our household items… This the most frustrating thing EVER. Not to forget we discovered our cherrywood $ 2800.00 executive desk is missing. If you should use this company be very cautions of your move plan.

Seemed good with my last minute schedule changes, but on delivery seemed a stretched out tape measure was used to tell me why my washer dryer could not be brought up 17 stairs and fit into laundry room. Of course after they left I measured it and realized that it was a trick tape measure to skirt work — I on the other hand had to pay someone else to do the work. Also, a dolly did not arrive. No response from management. I would be careful with these guys.

I cannot stress how relieved I was to have a competent couple of guys over for my move. First of all, my apartment complex is very, VERY unfriendly when it comes to moving. Stairways are in weird formations, doors aren’t very wide, and there’s very little parking. The guys from Western Relocation were careful with my stuff, efficient, and very helpful.
On top of the good service, dispatch was helpful when I was looking for a quote and in scheduling the move. Everything was on time, and the price was perfectly quoted. No surprise charges. Packing material, furniture pads, dolly use, etc. All included. I’d highly recommend for local moves and will use their services again.

I highly recommend this moving company. My recent move went very smoothly, and nothing broke or was damaged! I packed everything myself, and they lent me wardrobe boxes for my hanging clothes. They were on time and got the got done within the estimated time frame.
Moving is a real pain, but at least with these movers you have one less thing to worry about.
