Well it’s my third experience with this company and it’s excellent service every time. They telephoned before they arrived to make sure that I was home, then they showed up promptly and were very courteous. I explained that I had been having cricket problems and Jeremy was so courteous and re-​assured me that they would take care of the problem.
He also took the time to address a few concerns that I had concerning the product being used and answered questions. They treated me like they really appreciated my business and showed respect. His partner began spraying and before I knew it there was a knock on the door and they were done. Prompt, courteous individuals that are respectful, thorough and kind.
Their office staff are professional and have a good attitude. I spoke with a young woman (sorry, didn’t get your name) when I called Friday and today I spoke with Ben. Very good office staff with great communication skills. This is a very customer focused company that I am so delighted to have keeping my home and yards pest free. Thanks for such great service and products and people that do what they promise to do. This company and their employees are very committed to doing a great job and give superior customer service with a good attitude.
