RC Techs Mobile Device Repair

Excellent!!! I needed a cracked screen repaired on my son’s iPhone 5c. I did not want to travel to the Apple Store and I was entirely discouraged by the Unilocal reviews for local repair shops. Then I came across the reviews for RC Techs Mobile Device Repair. The first discovery was that they are a mobile service… yes they repair mobile devices, but they are mobile, as in they travel to a convenient location and meet you and do the repair on the spot. Yeah, I had my reservations about that. My first thought was that they wouldn’t have the tools they need to get the job done… Don’t they need a shop for that??? Second discovery was, nope they don’t need a shop. Sean Davidson arrived at the scheduled location (pick a place that works for you) and earlier than the scheduled time with a small suitcase. Sean got setup on the table of the local eatery and quickly got to work. He quickly removed screws, replaced the screen and confirmed the screen was working. We couldn’t test thoroughly because my son couldn’t remember the 4 digit screen code, but the repair has a lifetime warranty as long as no one else tries to fix it. We were able to restore the phone at home with iTunes. We tested the screen thoroughly at home. IT WORKED PERFECTLY!
The appointment setup process was quick. The repair was quick. The price was right. Better than the Apple Store. Maybe higher than local shops, but no drama. You get what you pay for.

First and Foremost the guy to request is hands down «SEAN DAVIDSON» Okay so this Review dates back to four months Ago 8÷10÷15. I had taken my phone to get my cracked screen replaced at some shop in Whittier. they did such a horrific job, they forgot to put the screws back in, the screen itself kept popping out of the phone. I had warranty with them but I decided it was a waste of time and I hit the place up. Sean Happened to have an opening, Contacted me and showed up at my house within the Hour. He repaired my screen and added a Those Glass Screen protectors! ⁵⁄₅ for service.
Today 12÷13÷15 I had scheduled an appointment with someone and he was taking too long to get back to me so I decided to text Sean for assistance (My phones charging Dock was loose) he solved the problem in a few short texts lol. Turns out all I had was lint stuck in the port! He could have lied and charged me $ 50 to fix like the other guy and I would have never known! This dude is Legit and I highly recommend his Services

Unfortunately I tend to be a frequent customer with the small kids and being accident prone LOL, and once again Sean provided exceptional service with good turnaround time. He came to my house, picked up my sons iPad mini, and had it returned exactly 24 hours later! I would highly recommend Sean to anyone that is accident prone with their mobile devices!

Sean was able to schedule me the same day and was at my office within a few hours. Repaired my cracked iPhone screen in just 15 – 20 minutes right in my cubicle. Was quick and through. Ran a couple of tests to make sure nothing else was wrong with my phone and also included a screen protector to prevent the screen from breaking again. AND the repair is under warranty. My husband found this place on Unilocal for me. I needed my lcd screen fixed on my Samsung galaxy s5 after dropping it. I called them and he had the screen special ordered for me. Once it came in he called me and had it installed within the hour. He even came to my house to deliver it to me. The price he quoted me was the price he charged me. He didn’t try pulling anything either like charging me extra for this and that. He even put a screen protector on it for me for free. Plus he gave me a 90 day guarantee. Great service in the fact RC Techs makes housecalls. Service was fantastic and the tech had the cracked screen fixed in under 30 minutes. I absolutely recommend this service provider.
