This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been too. Me and my friends ate there today around 4 and I’ve been throwing up since. The food took forever and when we got it, nothing tasted like it was fresh and therefore now I have food poisoning. The customer service was terrible and it took us like 10 mins in the drive thru for food that clearly wasn’t fresh at all.

Worst ever. Always fucking up my ordrr. All my hard shell tacos were broken. How in the fuck does that happen from making it to the bag? Drive thru is the worst.
Food wasnt properly proportioned, like they use less or something. Used to be good. SMH
Unprofessional, rude and mismanaged. Chimpanzees could run this place better.

This location is horrible with drive through orders! NEVER fails, they ALWAYS mess it up! Always missing something from the order and when we have to waste our time to go back to let them know they seem irritated like it’s OUR fault! Annoying!

This is by far the worst location ever. Consistent long wait times. The last 3 visits I have either been over charged, received wrong orders or missing items. Last night I spent almost $ 20 and got 4 sauce packets. My fault for going back every 3 months thinking they got better. Drive the extra 5 min to Whittier/​Idaho location for over stuffed tacos and actual hot food!

Don’t expect them to ever be open or have the correct menu showing.
I like to have breakfast here but it doesn’t matter if its 7:05, 7:15, or 7:20, they simply won’t unlock the door that clearly states dining room hours to be 7am. So I’m sitting in the drive though right now at 7:22.
The breakfast menu isn’t showing and I’m being treated like I’m the idiot.
Massive fail once again. This will be my last visit.

Been here a few times. I would say majority of the time I received bad customer service. The last time I went they to guys at the window were being very rude and laughing and talking to each other and didn’t even acknowledge me. PLUS I got food poisoning. Ugh! It was horrible.

Awful, for so many reasons:
* What’s with the five-​minute wait in the drive-​through line for a steak Burrito Supreme, the only item I ordered? Sheesh, folks, I spotted ony one person ahead of me during this weekday visit at 3:40 p.m.
* Look, I’m realistic about fare at fast-​food spots — I know that the meat inside the steak Burrito Supreme isn’t going to feature a cut from Morton’s. But why does this $ 3.50 item have only grossly overcooked gray gristle? Ewww.
* IDGAF service inside AND at the drive-​through window.
* Just as fellow Unilocaler GT G. pointed out, the «dining area» is a sticky, grubby mess.
No, no, no. Not in a million years.

Worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. Use to be good but ever since the new ownership/​management, it SUCKS! Food is gross or tasteless. Taco’s and burritos are tiny. Live very close and use to go there all the time but not anymore. I even complained about how the food tasted and that the tacos were half full and they gave us a free meal. Still tasted bad and still half empty tacos. No wonder it is always empty.

Yo no quiero Taco Bell !!! Omg the floors are sticky/​dirty, the tables not clean, 5 – 6 people behind the counter and nobody cleaning the table area. Really !?

Food here always tastes fresh. I went inside and saw all the employees handling food wearing gloves. The counters were clean and that made a lot of difference you could taste.
