This IS the best Nail Shop in Southern California! Shelly is the best, my nails always look amazing! I love the Nail Shop environment, it’s cozy, relaxing, inviting and not your «run of the mill» nail shop, it’s a place where you go to have fun, get pampered, enjoy great conversation and relax. Shelly and Sookie are the best and because of that, they are always busy so, I highly recommened making an appointment in advance so you don’t miss out!

I have been coming to The Nail Shop for a few years now and it is truly a unique experience; all the ladies who work in the studio are so amazing! I get my nails and brows done here every three weeks and have also gotten my eyelashes done here for a few special events; this is the best one stop shop in Orange County!
Because the quality of the services provided are so top-​notch, I do recommend making an appointment in advance as they do book up.
I always look forward to my appointments and always love what I leave with! You can’t get this experience anywhere else!

Just stopped in to get my daughters nails done. Place looks really nice but where is everyone. From what we could tell there was one person working/​on a lunch break. She looked up at us as we walked in, didn’t say anything and went back to feeding her face and watching tv. We sat for 10 minutes and nothing. Left the shop. Good luck with this one. I gave them two stars for the décor or it would have been nothing.

Wow I can’t believe it’s been over 4 years now that I’ve been visiting the Nail Shop! Shelly is amazing and look forward to seeing her every other week. I’m a flip flop kinda girl and she almost makes sure to keep my toes are looking super cute! You Rock!

Love this place! I have been getting my nails done for several years. Shelly does an amazing job. The shop very clean and sanitary. The atmosphere is wonderful, everyone is nice. I always say you get what you pay for and I don’t mind paying for a job well done. If you want cheap looking nails and a bad paint job then by all means go to any other nail place. I will never go any where else!

I’m so glad I found The Nail Shop because my nails have never looked better. Small shop with lovely atmosphere and top quality service. Shelly is a fantastic. I would never go anywhere else for my nails.

I’ve been going to Shelly for almost a year and I will never go anywhere else. I’m never disappointed when I leave. My nails always look amazing. The shop is very cozy and quiet. The girls treat all clients like family. If you haven’t tried this place out you are missing out!
Also Kristen does my brows and OMG they have never looked better. She’s a brow artist! It’s amazing what good brows will do for a girl. Check her out she’s AMAZING!

THIS SALON IS COMPLETELY WONDERFUL AND EXCELLENT!!! Shelly and Sookie have been in business together for years and years and what you get when you have an appointment with them is above and beyond perfection. They genuinely care about your nails and the care that they give. No walk-​ins, no half ass product and they speak ENGLISH! Their prices are a bit higher than the «other» places but that is because they guarantee their nails, they don’t nickel and dime you for brokens and other crap that the other shops do. In the long run you are getting more for your money here! Trust me, I’ve tried other places to try to «save money» over the years and once all the bullshit additional items were tacked on, it didn’t save me money at all… what it did was get me back to The Nail Shop to have them fix the clumsy and shoddy work that the other shop (s) did. I’m tried and true now, have been for years and always will be.
They do gel, decoration, glitter, acrylic, tips, forms… you name it, Shelly and Sookie will give you what you want and if you are unhappy they will make it right, EVERY time.

Worst experience ever. Limited color choices, cheap products, sloppy workmanship, dirty work space & tools. Can’t understand all the positive reviews for Allie. These must be all friends. She didn’t even cut the cuticles and charged well over what any other nail salon charge. She filed and painted (sloppy & uneven). That is not a manicure. I can do that to myself at home. If you’re looking for good quality work, avoid this place or at the very least avoid Allie.

I had gel done with Ally and she did an amazing job! I’ve been getting my nails done for years and can honestly say she did the best job I’ve ever had done. I would recommend her to my family and friends and will be a lifetime customer! If you want your nails done right and beautifully you have schedule with her! You won’t be sorry! Can’t say enough compliments about her work! She is truly an artist!

This place is very cute. It’s quiet and not jammed pack with people. ALL the ladies seem really fun.
But, It does seem more on the expensive side for just plain gels. There’s nothing fantastic, but you get a good job done.
I would recommend if you are looking to go to a smaller setting, BUT would definitely call ahead as it seems like there’s only room for two people at a time.
I would not recommend if you are looking for more affordable options. (I’m not sure if they even offer just painting nails, actually).you may want to call in and check!

Love getting my nails done by Ally! She takes her time, never rushes and my nails look and feel fantastic in the end. I will definitely be making the extra drive to La Habra for the excellent service and patience she has with me when I’m so indecisive.

Redeemed my groupon here the other day for the first time. So glad I found this place! Ally was very personable and accommodating. I love my nails! I’ll be back :)

Excellent service… Can’t wait for my next visit. Atmosphere is very welcoming, definitely a hidden jewel in the city of La Habra. Manicurist was extremely professional and had excellent customer service skills.
