I’m a mobile personal trainer, if you have a local park or a backyard, let’s go! I will come to you! I also conduct boot camps 5 x a week. All classes are held outside at a local park in Pacific Beach, on Mission Bay. Classes are capped at 10 people, it makes for a more intimate work out!

Growing up in La Jolla, CA, Crystal Paslawsky has been a familiar face in San Diego’s fitness community since she was 10 years old. Thriving on an active lifestyle — playing sports, cheerleading, running, swimming, hiking, flowboarding — she’s experienced all San Diego has to offer.
Paslawsky’s background is flush with certifications as well as personal accomplishments in the fitness world, including her participation in the 2012 World Flowboarding Championships in Mallorca, Spain.
