Completely lousy follow up meets nonexistent customer service.
Obviously this reviews flies in the face of the 11 reviews posted by friends of the employees (if not paid-​for online reputation services) at Cadence but my experience is really basic to review: Terrible. After reading an article on
lauding the service of a dedicated travel advisor I decided to give it a shot and contacted Cadence. Within 2 days I received an email from Steve K., a «Luxury Travel Specialist» which means «Lazy Sod» to the rest of us. I gave him a brief run down on a trip to Asia I am planning for next year and he promised to have a sample itinerary together for me the following Tuesday.
That was October 5th, 2015. I am still waiting for my itinerary Steve.
Look, there is a reason that the travel industry was easily replaced by websites. It is cheaper, easier and you don’t have to rely on another person’s work ethic. I ended up booking my own vacation and although I felt daunted at first, it was actually quite easy to do. Just fire up
or Expedia and do it yourself. As Steve and Cadence both proved to me, the travel agent is now somewhere in between compact discs and Jazzercise in terms of relevance. Let’s let the travel agent’s final death knell be heard.

We are looking forward to our second cruise vacation orchestrated by Bitsy Clayton. Everything about our first trip was perfect– every detail was covered. The pre and post cruise land accommodations chosen for us were top notch and so convenient. We were able to arrange several private tours with outstanding guides through Bitsy. Booking again was a pleasure– no worries. Cadence takes customer service seriously.

Big savor of the year. My family and I got stuck in Greece due to Air France strike canceling all of our flights, and we needed to be back to the US in time to be back to work on Monday morning. They found all four of us a last minute flight that was reasonable and with minimal layover and amazing accommodations. They are awesome and friendly. I would recommend them to all my friends and my company.

I have recently used Cadence Travel for several trips and found their customer service and professionalism exceptional. I use Jane and Ben Rosenkrantz who treat me like family and perfectly arrange all my complex, extended vacation plans. No detail is missed.

We have now booked 2 trips with Rosalena. The first one was our Honeymoon and she went above and beyond our expectations. Rosalena is phenomenal at what she does and so incredibly knowledgable. She does a fantastic job of coordinating any sort of dream vacation you wish to take. One of my favorite thing that Rosalena does is provide activities/​excursions and hotels options that will make your trip even more unique and special.
Our second trip we will be taking later this year, but I can already say that we are over the moon with our next dream vacation!
Rosalena’s attentiveness is truly unmatched. She takes the stress out of planning and tailors the trip to exactly what you didn’t even know you needed. She is very professional, reliable and makes traveling that much more enjoyable and seamless. It also really helps that she is so well traveled herself, to add her personal touch to your luxury travel.
I would highly recommend Rosalena for all your travel needs! She really is the best.

We have an amazing travel lady with Cadence, her name is Diana Irwin. She gets the job done super-​professionally but always keeps her sense of humor regardless of the crazy travel requests or problems she encounters… and with my boss, there are plenty! She has what I call «travel magic»…she can wave her wand and things that I could only dream of happening with an airline actually happen, whether the boss needs a refund or a better seat. She’s awesome, and always johnny-​on-​the-​spot when we need her.

We just got back from an amazing 5 week trip that Rosalena created for us. Because of her expertise we got to see Equador and Peru first class! JoAnn is awesome! As the trip date got closer, she sent us more informational packets about Kaua’i and called to confirm we got all the necessary travel documents. Then, she sent us flowers during our honeymoon with a note congratulating us. It was definitely way more than we expected — especially considering we came into her office with a comparatively small budget to start with!
