An Excellent Chiropractor who knows his stuff. I had a soccer injury in my ankle, which he popped back into place. He also adjusted my back and neck so that the stiffness went away. Knows whats wrong with you by feel. Very experienced, and recommend to all.

I havent been here for a while but when I used to go… Dr. Lara did an amazing job with realigning my back after giving birth to my first son. Clean, great area and great service from him!

Dr. Lara is wonderful. No nonsense, laid back, and no bogus pressure to come back if you don’t have to. He will almost always get you an appointment the day that you want. Very accommodating and very little wait time. My husband and I have trusted Dr. Lara for our adjustments for over 5 years and will continue to go back whenever we need pain relief.

I have been battling hip flexor tendinitis since February and I have been to my Primary, a specialist, acupuncture and PT. Acupuncture was great and helped me get thru the La JOlla Half but it wasn’t fixing me. Ryan sent me to Dr. Lara and Dr. Lara did magic. He used some kind of drill jack hammer thing on my hip and shifted it back into place. (Who knew it was out of place??) He also used his TORTURE thumbs. Don’t say I didn’t warn you. Those things are killer. He must be able to exert 10 000 pounds of pressure with those thuumbs!
He cured me to the point that when I went back for my next visit a week later, he told me my hips looked good and he doesn’t need to fix me. I saved my $ 50!

Dr. Lara came highly recommended from a friend that had debilitating back pain and he set her right after a few short visits. I went to Dr. Lara when I had pain radiating from my lower back all down my right side to my thigh. Something I’ve been dealing with for years. Turns out I’ve had a rotated pelvis for a very long time. Dr. Lara has been adjusting me over time and I definitely feel the difference! I’m looking forward to the day, very soon, when I can run again! His prices are also very, very reasonable and he has a terrific bedside manner and a quiet confidence that sets you at ease. Highly recommend!

I went to see Dr. Lara for a neck issue in 2009, it is now 2013 and I have never had neck pain since. I am now seeing him post pregnancy due to low back issues and within the first visit I could walk freely for the first time in 7 months. He is a gem of a human.
