I have been going to Jim for the past 6 years and he is the only barber I have gone to for those 6 years. He is passionate about being a barber and truly cares about his clients. I have entrusted in him to give me a haircut he thought suits me and he has never disappointed me!

Well, regardless of Arun J’s opinion I am going to write a review.
The Cutting Room is a quintessential old school California barber shop.
The haircut took about 30 minutes and it was filled with great conversation about his notable guests, and various other topics. During my cut, he received about 6 phone calls, and he knew every single person by name. So, it is clear, business is booming for Jim.
I stumbled across this barber shop and I am glad I did, I will now become one of his regulars. Thanks Jim!

I have been using Jim’s service for long time even after i moved out from La Jolla to Carmel Valley. But now, i moved to San Jose and i can no longer use his service.
Jim does not need a advertisement here. His regular clients keep his schedule busy.
