Alisha has a way to help you get to your inner truth and find out what it is that you need to work on, a plan on how to work on it, and all the tools needed to make sure that you implement the plan successfully. There are not that many people on this planet that have the ability to help you stop BSing yourself and really understand the root cause of your issues, and to provides a healing space for you to open up to yourself and her street skills help you more than to identify the problems, she is a natural born problems solver and will help you come up with a solution to your problems, even if the solutions are not what you want to hear, she has the courage to really help you to achieve a breakthrough to the next level.
It is so hard to find someone to trust as everyone seems to have advice, the real question is who is qualified to give this advice? After doing my research I have found Alisha is one of the few certified coaches from NYU and in addition to life coaching her Reiki work and Yoga Nidra classes are very beneficial. Ideally, I would recommend you do all three, Reiki, Coaching, and Yoga Nidra, but if I had to pick one that benefited me the most, I would say coaching is by far one of the best returns you could possibly get on your investment. I have found her package prices to be a phenomenal deal and honestly she could charge double and that would be more than fair for what you get out of her service if you truly decide to do your work and make the changes.

I recently took my Reiki one attunement with Alisha. Like some of the most beautiful and life changing things that happen in life, it was synchronistically channeled through divine means centered in love.
About 5 months ago I had just finished my yoga teacher training and was taking a graduation photo with my fellow yogis. Out of the background came this beautiful creature of light carrying a camera and asked to take our group photo (which she then posted on her Instagram fiercelyoptimistic). I thought nothing of it and carried on with my life. I continued on my path perusing guidance through my yoga practice. Then about a month ago I saw my studio was offering a Yin, Meditation and Reiki class. Hell yeah, that sounds magical even writing it now! (The class was awesome/​healing, as is every time I take it.) During the class I had this thought run through my mind that I really NEEDED to get my attunement done. It was a thought that had been on my mind for about 2 years but none of the opportunities felt right*. After the class, the universe responded in perfect timing when Alisha announced she was holding space for the attunement within the next 2 weekends. I spoke with her after class and eventually she connected the dots about her taking that gorgeous picture of my tribe graduating from yoga teacher training. I vibed with her immediately and thus beginning my journey with my own personal Reiki practice.
Like the energy she vibrates, the space she created for learning was bright, clear and centered in loving energy. The training prior to the attunement offered information about Reiki to clarify its history, purpose and use. She taught about elements within our bodies and what we can go to heal/​strength physical and non physical experiences. I now have practiced reiki everyday since I got attuned and it has been a very unique experience. I assume it is different and the same for everyone that has been called to received this heighten awareness… Life begins to unfold in such an eloquent way that «divine» is truly the only word that can describe it.
Alisha continues to guide my journey by offering a space for group support from fellow reiki practitioners and directly from herself.

I had the pleasure of receiving my level 1 Reiki certification from Alisha last month. This experience was life changing! Alisha is such a warm, welcoming, authentic person. The first time I met Alisha was through a healing circle which was absolutely amazing… I have been to MANY different therapists throughout my life trying to become «unstuck». A few healing circles later I had an AH-​HA moment, she helped point out behaviors that I didnt even realize I was doing. She is honest and I appreciate that so, so much. I recently got to experience a night with Alisha I will not soon forget. She invited me to come to her healing circle. I’ve never been to a healing circle and went with an open heart and zero expectations. What I witnessed was nothing short of powerful. I’ve never seen someone act so selflessly as a conduit of positive, constructive energy being passed and utilized for another’s soul. She said things to me and others in the room that were so personal, so heart penetrating that it was hard to believe she hadn’t known us all on a personal level for years and years and years.
