Called Don about a Sentry Safe tube key copy. He quoted me a very competitive price. He is mobile only but was very easy to get ahold of and meet if I’m the area. Kind, quick and the key duplicates worked great! Would definitely recommend.

Don is fantastic. He made a house call and tackled my broken lock on my 1960 Airstream. He was able to install a tricky new cylinder and now it is working like new. It was a challenging repair and he hung in there and solved the install like a true pro. I highly recommend him to anyone needing lock service.

One of our bolt locks had minor internal damage and I called Ace Hardware to see if they could fix it. They could not and instead, recommended Don and I was really happy that they did. When I called Don, he was friendly and responsive and set up a time to look at our locks the very same afternoon. He arrived promptly and immediately spotted the problem. Instead of trying to up-​sell me with a new lock, he replaced one piece in less than a minute; our lock works perfectly now. He even gave me a quick tutorial on how to clean my locks properly (with Tri-​Flow) and left me a bottle so I can use for my other doors (I was erroneously using WD40). All in all, I was very impressed by Don’s knowledge, professionalism, and again, his integrity. If I could give him 6 stars, I would. :)

My husband and I had been struggling with our Baldwin deadbolt locks for years and finally they froze. Don was able to come out within hours, and now they work better than new! (He took the locks apart (over 40 parts) and cleaned and oiled every component.) And, we were delighted with the very reasonable pricing.

As a real estate broker with several managed properties, having a reasonably priced skilled locksmith is a crucial «must have». I tried researching online but I could never find any guidance about what was wrong with my deadbolt and if a repair would suffice or if i would need a replacement. Based on other reviews here I switched who I was going to call last minute and called Integrity. I’m so glad I did. Don showed up within the hour, did a simple (to him, not me) repair, charged me less than I could expect, and didn’t try to rip me off for a replacement, and even lubricated my other locks and took a look at them. He was HONEST, kind, efficient, and knew what he was doing. I highly recommend Integrity. The name fits.

Wow the difference between the first La Jolla locksmith I called out to repair our front door lock, and Integrity Lock was night & day.
The first guy said it was not repairable and the entire lock and mechanism had to be replaced at a cost of $ 1300. My husband said that was too high — and so we decided to call for a second opinion.
Integrity lock said he thought he could repair it and after a few trips to the house and replacing the mechanism with a Baldwin (didn’t work) he set about trying to fix the existing lock internal workings (which are quite sophisticated).
He was able to repair it (something the first guy assured me was impossible) and charged me $ 95.00. Say what!!! The lock works perfectly. We are very pleased and will definitely refer him to others and use his services again if need be.

I recently bought a new mortise-​type front door lockset (the kind invented by Baldwin) and these are absolutely impossible to install on your own. I called another La Jolla locksmith and was referred to Don Page of Integrity Lock & Safe. He picked up instantly and came over same day for the install. Unfortunately I had purchased a floor model and it was the wrong size in every way imaginable for my existing door. He ordered a compatible mortise, disassembled it, integrated it with the new lockset like a watchmaker, and even cut new keys that fit the new lock better than the keys that came with it!!! Totally trustworthy, reasonable prices, great service. Absolutely would recommend to anyone without reservations.
