Nose is worse than it was before. I was so excited to find Dr. David. He seemed to really listen and care about what I was trying to do with my nose. I grew up feeling extremely insecure as the hump on my nose grew larger with age. It was something I struggled to be comfortable with for over 10 years so you can probably imagine how important this procedure was to me. He showed me a potential before and after during our consultation and he made me feel confident he could get me somewhere near those results. After my nose job, I had to wait about a year for the swelling to go down. It’s been 2.5 years now and I haven’t been happy with the results for even a day. Although the hump on my nose was reduced, one side appears larger than the other and to make matters worse, my front profile looks completely different than it once did (in a bad way). I’ve compared dozens of photos and to prove to myself that I wasn’t being overly picky, I asked my Mom and my best friend because they’re always honest and even they can see the difference. Not only are my nostrils larger and more flared than they once were, they’re not symmetrical either. I hate looking at pictures of myself now. I look at old pictures and I miss the way my nose used to look from the front. All I wanted was a hump reduction and my nose to basically look the same as it was but I’ve spent nights crying over how much I dislike it. The tip even appears larger than it once did and it’s been 2.5 years! The swelling is long gone. Dr. David and his staff were really nice and accommodating until all of the follow ups were over. I’ve expressed this concern to the staff and I’ve tried to be professional about it. I asked about having a revision and it just seemed like they always avoided that anything was wrong. I emailed them again recently regarding this matter and asked them about having a revision and never heard back. By now, I’m sure I’m just a pain in the ass for them to work with but I feel like I’ve been as nice as possible for being extremely unhappy with my results. Just know that no matter how great a doctor looks on paper, you won’t always get what you hoped for.

I have a mixed review. I first went to Dr. David for filler work and he did a wonderful job with that. As a matter of fact, he was the best person who has ever done filler work on me.
I next went back to him for a Laser Total FX treatment, which is a resurfacing of the skin to remove lines. It was painful, even though I opted for anesthetic. I was initially pleased with the results, but found that after a week or so, once the swelling went down, that the results were very disappointing. It totally was not worth the money I paid.
When I complained about the results to Dr. David, his response was to sell me additional face products and try to enroll me in other procedures. He took no responsibility for the disappointing results, which I have always claimed had more to do with him not using the laser to go in deeply enough.
I would have been willing to work something out with him to get the results I was expecting, but he didn’t seem to want to do anything except collect more money from me by selling me additional products and services. I am very disappointed in his services and attitude regarding the Total FX treatment and would not recommend him for that service.

Beware of this doctor. He ruined my nose. It looks worse then before my surgery. Everytime I went to his office, the staff would be completely different. He never answered my questioned and never addressed the issues. Definitely check out other doctors before you make your decision.
