Lisa helped me short sale my condo in San Diego. It was a lengthy process because the bank was very stubborn and difficult to work with. The HOA might have been even worse. Through it all, I had all but given up on the process, thinking the bank just didn’t want to let the property go and would rather foreclose me instead. Lisa did not give up and she made it happen. Had it been left up to me, I’d be saddled with 7 years of horrible credit. Instead, I can purchase again in 2 years. I highly recommend her as she has a fantastic work ethic and knowledge as well.

I’m actively in the process of looking for a home. Lisa has exceeded my expectations in every way so far.
