Suddenly Slimmer

I seriously have my confidence about my body back and couldn’t be more excited to share my results from Suddenly Slimmer! I want this to be my little secret, but I can’t help but tell the world what a difference these treatments make! If you’ve gotten a little out of control with your diet, want to detox and trim down fast, this is the place for you! I had never received a wrap before I went to Suddenly Slimmer, so I was a little skeptical on my first visit… but the results spoke for itself, which led me to buy the package. I’m only 5’4, and the slightest weight gain shows very quickly on me, so my results have been really dramatic. So far, I’ve had 3 thermal fat burning treatments following with the detoxing and oxygenating body wrap. I will tell you that the thermal heat treatment is really toasty, but Savannah and Sharon are both so nurturing and make sure to keep you as comfortable as possible by directing a fan on your face, placing refreshing cool cloths on your face and they also give you sips of chilled water to stay hydrated. I love the extra care they take and can’t say enough about how sweet they both are! With this treatment, you will sweat so much that your body thinks it’s ran 6 miles, so they make sure to follow up with nutrient rich drinks to remineralize your body and get it back into balance before your wrap. So here are my results thus far… My starting weight was 126.2 pounds and it has now gone down to 117 pounds! My body fat has gone from 22.9% to 18.7%! Holy smokes! I’m really happy with my figure now and not looking to get any thinner, so I will use the other treatments from my package as maintenance. I think anyone who gets these treatments will be as happy as I am, but I hope this review helps. If you have any reservations on whether or not they work… I promise, they do!

I purchased a package for the wrap and Thermaslim. I went in last weekend and had the services. These are the nicest, most professional and passionate ladies. They really care about people and it shows. I loved both treatments. I lost 17 inches in the wrap and noticed continual slimming in my stomach area days afterward. The Thermaslim really felt great on tired muscles as I workout a lot walking on the beach and playing racquetball among other things. It felt really good being cared for by these ladies and I purchased more treatment for the future. I highly recommend this place for all treatments they offer.

Second visit, lost more weight and inches. Great atmosphere and professionalism. Everyone there is a happy employee. Care is outstanding.

I got the mineral body wrap, Savannah was with me during my whole treatment. She is absolutely adorable! She did a wonderful job and explained to me the whole process. Not just about the wrap but we talked about diet and working out as well, and she’s super knowledgeable! My favorite thing about the mineral wrap is how it detoxifies your system. Personally I think its just silly when people do like a juice fast, or detox. (You need to eat) this treatment detoxes you from the inside out all over your entire body, you can literally see it coming out and I just loved it! Everyone is different so don’t compare your results with mine but overall I lost 9.5 Inches. I was completely shocked and totally impressed! I LOVE this place and what they do and I cant wait for my next wrap!!!

I have been here a few times so far. I have experienced the Thermaslim and the Bodyscaping wraps. They offer many other services as well.
First I would like to mention that Suddenly Slimmer is under new Management. A lovely talented woman, Sharon, who has done her research on what is the best way to get the best out of the sessions, She is a wonderful woman to chat with and will treat you like a star. Her employee, Savannah, is also a blast to chat with. They make you feel at ease, explain all the steps to the procedures and care for your well being.

Thermaslim treatment: This is an infrared wrap that will help jump start your body to burning fat cells. It is meant to focus on reducing body fat not inches lost. They recommend eating a light meal beforehand and drinking at least 16 oz of water before the session. As well as bring an extra set of undergarments because your original ones will be soaked in sweat. First, they will let you lay down and get your body moving with a step machine (Chi machine) to warm– up your body. Then they massage a firming cream all around to help firm and rid of toxins in the body. They set the temperature high but bearable. The session is about 55 minutes, they allow you to listen to your smartphone or their radio. They will check up on you every 5 – 10 minutes making sure your face is cool with a cloth and staying hydrated. Bite the bullet with this one. No pain, no gain. I enjoy doing it, I know it’s an intensive workout that get’s your heart pumping but you will feel amazing afterwards.
I lost about 2% body fat each time. Just be sure to do your part at home because this is not a replacement for diet and exercise. This is a jump start and a way to keep you on track.
Bodywrap: This is done after the thermaslim, if you buy the package. They will take your measurements before the wrap to make an assessment on results after the wrap. The wraps are bandages that have been soaked with warm mineral water. It help drive the toxins out of your body while you WORK OUT. They have an elliptical (Gazelle) that you will be striding on for about 30 – 40 minutes while you are mummified in the wraps. There is a T.V. you could watch a show and time will fly by in no time. or listen to music, up to you. The wrap feels amazing on the skin, make sure you ask for it to be as tight as possible because while you work out it will come slightly lose. The tighter the wrap, the more inches your body will lose. Halfway through the workout, you will notice that your toxin boot (provided) will be filled with water they will base you with more mineral water then continue your workout. The employees will check up on you making sure everything is fine. I even had one ask if I wanted a coffee from the shop next door. Very kind.
I lost a total of 12 or so inches off my total body after one wrap. 2 inches off my waist. it may be temporary but it’s a nice pick me up. It keeps you motivated in your exercise regimen that your body can be better. The wrap is meant to detox your body and help your process in getting the body you want. The staff wants nothing more than to see you reach your goals. My goal is to be healthy like I was in high school, and get into a normal BMI. Maybe even fit into a nice dress where I can show my new curves.
This session basically rejuvenates your body and helps you reach your goal. The staff is knowledgeable and caring. I recommend doing the sessions. If you want to just try it out and see how it is check out the discounts on Unilocal or try one of their combo packages and save money.

I decided to try something new on a friends recommendation in preparation for a Palm Springs pool party and was glad I found Suddenly Slimmer. The girls there were fantastic and explained the entire process which I was a little skeptical of. They also spent a lot of time talking with me to keep my mind busy through the whole process which was a nice touch. Great conversation ladies! Also, there was a funny little bird that kept flying in the room but that’s a whole different story. I’ve very pleased with my results and happy to support another small business. I give this place a 3 because they have really good customer service. In all honesty don’t come here if your looking to lose inches. It’s a total waste of money !

For a long time I have been studying different medical treatments to treat the condition of obesity, although I suppose, I have never been that overweight due to the structure of my body. I talked to one of the gals here and they were really nice and helpful to accommodate all of my needs and concerns about the bodywrap.
You know I was kind of embarrassed to write this review, because as a man, I would never want to admit to any of my friends that I even dare go try something else other than going to the gym or working through a fitness program.
After a while of consulting with one of the ladies that worked here, she walked me through her program, and finally I caved in and said that I would at least give the program a shot. After doing so, I was able to lose 11.5 inches in doing one wrap, the ladies here are great; I promise that your wives will be super happy that you at least tried out this program, if not had a lot of success with it.

My girlfriends and I were going down to San Diego for our friend’s bachelorette party. We thought it would be fun for all of us to try out the new body wraps for weight loss that we’ve been seeing, so we looked up body wraps San Diego and found Lisa. She not only created a special package for us, but she really made it a lot of fun. She went through exactly what they would be doing and explained why body wraps work. You could tell she knew what she was doing and was experienced in this, I definitely felt comfortable.
After the body wrap, I could definitely see results! I was more toned! It was like I had spent a month at the gym, but instead only a little while at Suddenly Slimmer in La Jolla! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I was pleasantly surprised when I found out that she has another studio in Hollywood, which is where I’m actually from. I’m in the middle of getting a group of girls, including my mom and my sister, to go to that location very soon. When I came back from San Diego, everyone wanted to know what my secret was. They’re the one-​stop-​shop to beautify yourself, it’s perfect. Usually you gain weight on vacations, but not this time! I will definitely be recommending people to Suddenly Slimmer.

I was referred to Suddenly Slimmer by a friend who said I should check them out cuz I’ve unnoticeably gained some extra pounds, seeing as Im a guy I wasn’t too bothered but hey I did it for my wife. After talking with Lisa, who was great, about my options and what I can do to work on this beer belly of mine I decided to try out the Thermaslim system. I’ve been using this system for a few weeks now and I gotta say my wife is getting a pretty big smile on her face, not to mention Im pretty stoked on how Im looking as well. Anything to make the wife happy haha so if your looking for an alternative form the usual workout every day schedule I suggest trying this place out

I am in the military and I booked an appointment less than 24 hours before I called to reschedule (as you all know unforeseen mandatory duty/​meetings happen all the time) A woman named Lisa told me that not only would I be charged FULL AMOUNT $ 306 dollars that I could reschedule my appointment for another day only to have $ 90 taken off my next FULL PRICE appointment.
WORST SERVICE DO NOT SPEND YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT OR COMPANY.

I saw Suddenly Slimmer on the internet and checked out their webpage. When I called, someone answered my phone call immediately and told so much information about the products I was calling about. I ended up getting the Slim Down and had great results with it. Not only was experience friendly and imformative, I also received a follow up phone call to see how things were going.
I loved all the information and helpfulness that I received that I am definately interested in getting other products as well. I would highly recommend using Suddenly Slimmer for their body wraps and other products as well. Great company!

Having read so much about the Sudatonic treatment I decided to give it a shot. I gave them a call and it was a no pressure situation, I scheduled my appointment with ease as they were able to accommodate the fact I’d be driving a fair distance. As she provided me with the instructions for the days leading up, I had a feeling she was educated in this field, and it was only further confirmed during my appointment and treatment.
The treatment was totally worth it. Afterward I felt revitalized and had a burst of energy. I drove with a friend and since they didn’t really want to do the treatment, he was totally tired (this is around 6pm, YOU know that feeling! Some of us get it at 2pm) anyways, point being I am normally tired and fatigued in the same routine. Well, I was bouncing around in the car on the way home cause it felt great.
Oh, and the results were real, and as I continued to take care of my body, I noticed the results do not immediately disappear when you leave the appointment. We discussed supplements available, and she wasn’t pushy with them, moreso explained how each can compliment my lifestyle change (being healthier yay!), she told me some things I already had learned from other sources so that was comforting to know she and I were on the same page and could help me get there.
If you’re looking into it for the first time like I was, it was a great experience!

Don’t go here! The owner will make it seem like you can buy a package deal at a discount. But the catch is that there are no refunds and it expires in 6 months. That would be fine if you could rely on appointments, but she will constantly schedule them wrong and then call to change or cancel them. So now I have a package that I can’t use because no one will answer my calls or schedule my appointments. Wish I could get my money back!!!

This place charges your credit card before you even get there or have any services done… which is NOT how anyone in the service industry should operate… VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND I FEEL SCAMMED!!!
I was 10 minutes late to an appointment and they charged my card and locked the door so I NEVER had my wrap done and they said too bad… so pissed! They are rude and avoided any and all communication with me after.
Even more pissed when i read these reviews and realize I’m not the first person that it has happened to… next time I will read the reviews or ask for a referral from someone before I commit to a spa treatment.
A word of advice to anyone looking for a good wrap… don’t give your credit card up front for a service never performed.

I received my first body wrap. The girl was very professional. She explained the process very well. I enjoyed my wrap… I lost a lot of calories, my skin was softer and my skin is smoother looking. I plan on having another, I am working on the last ten pounds off, this is the extra boost I need to make that happen.
