The Diamond Source

This place is absolutely amazing! My fiancé and I visited several jewelry stores in San Diego County searching for the perfect ring and this place completely blew all the others out of the water! I fell in love with the ring I have now but even better, the customer service is incredible. These guys don’t work on commission so no need to worry about the «pushy salesperson» when your’e simply wanting to shop around. Special shout out to David (one of the employees) who never once tried to get us to «go bigger or better» with the diamond in order to bump the price. Heck, they even talked my boyfriend (at the time) into keeping a ring the way it was instead of placing a bigger stone because they knew I liked it just the way it was.
We visited this store three different times in the process of purchasing the ring and every time they let me wear the ring outside to the street. I loved this because 1) I was able to see how it looks in different settings and 2) it proved that they have no funny business with the lighting in their store.
I obviously can’t promise that every person who goes in this store will come out with their perfect ring, but I can say that every person will experience excellent customer service from honest people.

In fairness to Diamond Source, I am writing an update to note that I finally received the credit for the earrings I returned. The La Jolla store manager called me and apologized for the delay and promised the credit had been submitted to my credit card company. I contacted the dispute office of my credit card company and indeed the credit was given and the dispute resolved.
