All Lines Dealer Services

So my first interaction directly with this company was calling this morning at 7:57am on my way to work in an attempt to set up an appointment to have a stain on my leather seat fixed (which I have previously dropped off at the dealership twice and it has been returned with the same stain still present; the dealership made it clear that it’s reps from this company who worked on the stain both times and this is the company I will have to deal with to get it fixed). The young lady who picked up the phone immediately put me on hold stating they don’t open till 8am (why the fuck did you answer the phone then?!) when she came back onto the line she was more then unhappy to only take down my information and inform me that it could take a couple hours or a day for someone to return my call because they needed to look up my information on the warranty. I informed her I have a copy of my warranty with me from when I purchased the car and for some reason that was not good enough I would still have to wait for some unnamed person to call me back. The representative I was speaking with did not want to tell me the name of the business or how to spell it she literally said the name as fast as she could as I was asking her for a second time what the name of the business was. It was a beyond irritating experience. I hope whoever called me back enjoys their job a tab more and actually cares to help out the customers instead of being off put by them. Let’s see if the actually decide to fix the stain that I have a warranty through their company for then I will update the review; I will keep y’all posted!
