This place I really liked. It was clean and the owner was really nice. It took a little while to get my dog but when I finally got him he looked great! I would definitely recommend this service.

Hi There! So I have been going to Andy’s for over 3 ½ yrs and found her after I had problems with another Pet place. I live like 5 minutes from the store so makes it easy. My dog is Oscar and he will be 17 on Oct 5^th. He loves going there and they treat him like he is very special so I love that. Oscar has always been given a «Poodle» cut and He is not a Poodle so I like that. I cannot shave him because He does not like it yet he doesn’t mind having it done at Andys, I can bathe him (I have to put my feet in the tub) and talk to him the whole time so for the price and convenience it is worth it. Andys girls she employs are are wonderful and they love Oscar and it shows, so oodles to the whole team at Andys Pet Salon…

We’ve been taking our dogs to Andy’s now for almost 10 years… I must say Andy is very knowledgeable about all breeds of dogs, and always able to answer questions about our dogs, and direct us to the correct home remedy or recommend a great vet. We usually do the «Self Service Bath», but have also had Andy, or Andy’s employees, groom our Cocker Spaniel, Duke. Duke always looks beautiful after being groomed there, and I give her a lot of credit for this, because Duke can be a handful, very squirmy little dog… :-) And every week, he is happy to return to get a bath or be groomed.
Andy was there for us when our Golden, Molly, was diagnosed with bone cancer, and was very helpful until the end, when we had to finally put her down.
Andy’s hours are very accommodating, very conveniently located, and the prices are very reasonable. I would recommend Andy’s to any of my friends with dogs.

Great place for grooming. They take excellent care of my dog, Chaps. He loves it there, and the one time I was late getting him, they took him for a walk.

Andy is awesome! She takes care of my 3 dogs. We have a Maltese, German Shorthair Pointer and a Black Lab. I really feel that when I leave my dogs with her that they are like at home. I love how she goes the extra mile to make sure my dogs are happy. She is an advocate for dogs. I recently received a call from her about a product I told her about for animals that have growths /​cancer. She explained that a customer of hers had a sick dog and she asked me to pick some up to try to help this dog. She offered to pay me for my time, but I would never accept because I know how much of herself she puts out to help. I love Andy and would recommend her to anyone who wants the best for their pet. Thank you Andy and see you in a few months when buddy is do for his grooming.

I have taken my Husky there many times and they do a wonderful job of grooming him! Even when he’s blowing his coat, Shannon is terrific and gets all his undercoat out. My dog has never looked more wonderful! He loves going there. Great service and price!

I love coming here for their DIY dog washes, but I witnessed deplorable behavior from Andy while she tended to a poor schnauzer. The dog was crying and fussing which made Andy angry. I watched through the glass and Andy kept angrily muttering under her breath and then yelled «Damn it, _​_​_​_​_​_​!! Stop it.» (I can’t remember the dog’s name, hence the underscore.) She literally threw her shears on the table in anger and grabbed a large pair of scissors. The dog screamed when she almost snipped its anus and Andy got so upset that she yanked the schnauzer back and sprayed a calming spritz in its mouth. I have never seen someone who is supposed to love animals manage a dog so roughly before. After seeing how roughly she treated that dog, I now realize why the poor dog was in distress. Maybe Andy was having a bad day, but she shouldn’t take it out on the dogs. I can’t imagine what she does when no one is looking. Imagine if there weren’t any glass windows for customers to look through. Dogs can’t tell you what happens behind closed doors.
TLDR: Andy mistreated a dog and showed some irritability when it screamed. Lost a lot of respect for her.

Been going here for maybe 10 years… some days my dogs have been not so pretty going in. they always are done… with incredible professionalism. .and exceed my expectations. see photo.and know. ide recommend this shop to anyone…

We’ve been taking our two large dogs to be groomed there for a few years now, and they always do a great job. Their services are well priced and the girls who work there are really nice. We are very happy to have found them.

I’ve been taking my dog here for 2 years and after this 6^th visits… I realized something today I never did before. My dog was locked up in a kennel and normally she’s among the other dogs and the new girl who was working there said my dog didn’t like her too much so she suggested that I take her out of the kennel. I didn’t think anything of it at first.
But when I got home and took a look at my dog more closely, not only was her fur not cut even, I saw a cut on her leg and a nip on her chest! That will explain the sweater they put on her to cover the cuts and the non trimmed areas they missed. I thought they were being nice since it’s Christmas but to my dismay, it was to cover up their negligence. On top of that, she couldn’t keep her eyes open, wouldn’t respond to my calls, and couldn’t walk without falling and tripping. After thinking something was wrong with her, my husband said she seem to have symptoms of being drugged. I picked her up at 3:30pm and she wasn’t following me and feeling normal until 9 tonight!
My question now is, don’t groomers have to get your permission before they drug your pet? Is this legal? Never again will I come here. Pet owners beware! Now before you guys wonder maybe my dog is old and she is tired… she is only 3 and full of life and when she sees me, it’s like I left for days! She jumps, chases me everywhere and her heart is racing. But this is the first time in the 2 years I’ve been taking her here that this has happened! I feel so bad because I took my dog here and she got abused. I will be posting pictures of the cuts.

Go for the self dog wash & it was easy to use, they answered any questions I had & the price is the best I’ve found.

These people would love you if you have a small dog. Everytime i brought my 70 lbs dog here i can just see it in their faces. They dont like big dogs with thick coats.

I’m new to the Dog Wash world, and this is the second place I have tried. The first one is closer to home, but they open late (and weren’t open at the time they said today) and raised their prices recently. So I fired up Unilocal and found this little gem.
The tubs are nice and tall (I’m 6’1″), they have anti slip mats (genius idea!), stairs for the senior or big dogs, and tons of towels and shampoo. The staff is very friendly and the pugs loved all the attention they got. I will definitely be coming back.
They also have a frequent wash program which is nice.

I love this place for self serve. It’s very affordable. However i did take my dog in for a grooming and her cut wasn’t the best I have seen. I won’t take her back for grooming but I’ll use their self serve wash for sure!

I love this place. My dog Gizmo has been going here for over 5 years and the service is great. I can call the same day and most of the time if there busy, they would still fit me in. Andrea is wonderful and my dog looks great every time
he leaves them. Thank you Andy’s for taking good care of my dog.

We feel so very blessed to have discovered Andy’s Pet Salon. Takis, my little Jack Russel/​Corgi blend comes out looking great every time. Andy has been more than flexible with regards to meeting our time requirements and even offered to drop him off with a friend when I found out that I had to work late.
Takis is not an easy dog, having come from the pound, but with Andy and her capable staff he now marches right in to get his bath and a haircut. We are very grateful for the consistency and loving care that Andy’s Pet Salon provides for us.

This place is awesome and my new go-​to groomer! They took my dogs last minute and stayed after closing time to finish them up. Since they had to squeeze them in, the dogs hung out in the back room (not crammed into a little kennel but with room to wander around) until they had time. If they peed or pooped while waiting, I didn’t hear about it!
The prices are competitive: groom for my matted shnauzer was $ 35 and a wash for my large pit bull was also $ 35. This included TWO flea treatments for each dog! Apparently their Advantix stopped working and they were flea ridden :(They seem to genuinely care about their furry clients and my dogs came out soft and clean and cute as ever :) apparently one of my dogs even pooped during the groom but I wasn’t charged a «rebathing» fee like some places do. I will most definitely be back!

My English bully (Bertie) can hardly wait to get scrubbed. I have the ladies do it if they have time, if not, I do it myself. After trying to wash him at home on my hands and knees, making a disaster zone out of the bathroom, and using quite a bit of expensive product, I feel like I have my own gold mine.
Friendly, knowledgeable staff.
Every product any dog would ever need.
Every tool ever made.
H20 at high pressure and correct temperature.
MY drain no longer clogs with dog hair.
They pointed out some small medical issues I had not noticed.
And much more, making it a tremendous value to me!!!

Let me just say I had THEE hardest time finding a decent groomer for a good price too, and who did all the works. I have a shih tzu and she was furry as HECK, she was a total hot mess for sure.
After I took my dog to the vet, I immediately wanted to get her groomed ASAP, unfortunately every damn pet salon was booked! and it was because it was the week of valentines day ugh, go figure.
Anyway, I got a hold of Amy who did Mimi’s hair, and I have to tell you, Mimi’s hair was so untouchable, like you needed a mowing lawn to cut her hair because it was so tangled! poor thing. So Amy booked me on a saturday, because that was the earliest and mimi was done in less that 4hrs! Came out looking cute!
I have to say, when I went in to pick her up there was another dog that looked EXACTLY like her, so when I went in I thought the dog that was sitting in the salon getting their fur all dry from a hair dryer and I was like «awww omg shes so cute and fluffy!» and I was about to literally take a picture of that dog… until Amy walked out and says «here’s mimi!» –epic fail. and it was a MALE dog that I was looking at… oops!
$ 30 straight for the cut and most def. tipped Amy for doing an awesome job and being so patient with my dog! The best part about this little shop too was that they have tall bath tubs so you can take your dog a bath! love it! I never plan to take my dog there for a bath unless it’s completely necessary but other than that, THIS will always be the place where I get my dog groomed. Fast service and very friendly and pricing is WAY better than PetCo or Petsmart or any other salon I called! thumbs down to them, two thumbs up for ANDY’S!
