Cricket Wireless

I live in El Cajon, but work in La Mesa. I had a phone through sprint that would give me problems because I used my phone for work. My work phone is forward to my cell ²⁴⁄₇ and my company runs ²⁴⁄₇. I have employees that will call me all hours of the night. I need a phone with a loud ringtone to wake me at night, able to get emails, and hold tons of pics for work. I never wanted to change phone services because of these reason, but Sprint started to randomly shut my phone off before the bill was even due. When I called to see why they would never give me a reason, then just turn it back on and most of the time I could not understand what they was saying because they had very bad English. After a few times I just couldn’t do it any more because of my work duties. So I went to crickets website to find the closest store to my work and this store came up. When I went inside there was a very happy and nice young man to help me. I told him my odd request that I needed for my phone and he went straight to the same phone I already had that works great. I didn’t even know they carried them. He explained how I could keep the same phone and gave me a great suggestion on a blue tooth that works great for me at work. In the end I got the phone I wanted, my bill was cut in half and an awesome blue tooth that makes my work life so much easier. This place rocks! Just go in and tell them what you need. If they don’t have it they will get you to a place that will. Thanks so much guys you rock!!! Sprint has one less customer they keep out of fear to change. :):)
