With over 9-​years of experience in the industry, Daniel has been involved in nearly every aspect of real estate. His knowledge and experience is unlike 99% of other Realtors, having transacted in over 300 real estate transactions in his career. This all stems from being a mortgage broker, to a partner/​COO of a national REO management company, to a partner & operator of a local San Diego Real Estate Brokerage. He was also the founder and chief writer of NVSI, a real estate valuation institute, whom taught and certified thousands of Realtors nationwide on how to accurately value real estate.
