Fink Raymond I, MD

I saw Dr. Fink for a year and was not happy with him. He is condescending and cold. I would ask a question about my condition and he would look at me like I was stupid. His availability is terrible, something like 9 to 1 and only on certain days. To add to this the front desk staff isn’t helpful at all. The last time I was in I arrived 10 minutes early for a 9:00 AM appointment. The guy who walked in behind me cut in front of me at check in. He had a 9:15 appointment but he was taken in ahead of me. Unbelievable. When I asked the front desk staff what happened, they said, don’t worry, you’ll get in. 40 minutes later I walked out without seeing the doctor because I was expected back at work. Still had to pay for parking and make up the time at my job. Thanks for nothing Dr.Fink.
One star for Sylvie the PA. She’s the only good thing about that office. Too bad I couldn’t see just her.

The pa, Sylvie, i have seen in this office is the only positive thing keeping me in returning. Otherwise, the office staff is useless. They never answer the phone, diverting them to the answering service, or just plain keeping the lines off the hook. Good luck in reaching them, and when you can, it will be at their convenience. As for seeing Dr fink, he has some health problems and is usually not available.

Never posted a Unilocal review before, just felt I had to take the time. Had a visit to Dr Fink yesterday, totally expected the worst after reading Unilocal reviews, but because of location wanted to give him a try. Boy were the Unilocal reviews wrong! Very personable very knowledgeable, explained everything in a way that could be understood. Very patient. Had an excellent visit and look forward to working with him on this medical issue.

1 star is being too generous, but I can’t give anything less than one star. I have never written a review, but I had too because of the bad experience. I am a healthcare professional and called this office trying to get my patient connected for medical services. I spoke with the receptionist if this doctor accepts new paitents and got the worst customer service possible over the phone. The receptionist is rude, wasn’t familiar with the insurance my patient has, and basically hung up the phone on me. The first impression of any business is through phone contact and if you get a rude receptionist, then it is a business not worth dealing with.

i was a patient of Dr. Eric Gold. Dr. Gold passed away and i was sent to Dr. Fink. Worst doctor ever. Run from this guy. Run away fast. I second every bad thing that has been posted about him.

Worst doctor I have ever experienced. Dumb me to have stuck with him for years… he was convenient and close by. However, after numerous unsatisfying experiences, I will be looking elsewhere to get quality care. There is no compassion and care in this doctor. His patients, including myself, are just numbers. Dr. Fink, we are numbers. We are humans going though hard times and when we come to you, we are seeking help, support and guidance — NOT to be left with more worries and confusion! Isn’t that what quality of care means? I once told him my symptoms post-​treatment and he said condescendingly, «Hah. I’m not the doctor you should be telling those things to. You’re talking to the wrong doctor.» Confused and feeling belittled, I didn’t feel like I should have said anything… BUT I did my research and you, as the endocrinologist, should have acknowledged that the symptoms I was expressing ARE symptoms of my condition! Reading through all of these reviews makes me feel sad that so many people have experienced his horrible service and manners. Please save yourself time and tears by choosing a different doctor.

He is a bad bad man and a worse Dr.
Wait time was ridiculous. He treated staff like idiots. He couldn’t read my file. He doesn’t like to explain things to you even if it’s serious. He has zero people skills.
I was crying because I was so sick and off balence. I was only 20 and just dianosed with Graves disease. No one explained what it was and what I needed to do. He just wrote the precription and looked at me like I was wasting his time and said flatly «You’ll be fine.»
After looking up all my questions online and going to a better Dr, I was fine.

Supposedly a wonderful Endocrinologist.
Highly recommended — written up.

No bedside manner. No follow up even though he said i needed to.
Too many patients; so little time for them. Its a shame.
