My husband had been suffering from tennis and golfer’s elbow so he decided to give Jordi a try. At the end of his first treatment, he was able to lift weight again without pain. He is now on his 3^rd treatment and feeling like a new man (as good as new as he said). I have been going to Jordi on and off for many years for different issues (stress, pain, etc). Deep tissue massage, acupuncture with electronic stimulation works wonders. He is the best at what he does and so personable as well! Give him a try, you will be glad you did.

I have never done acupuncture before but Jordi came highly recommended from a coworker. I had a tear to my calf late last week and went to him today to try acupuncture. Since my treatment was today and it was my first one I can’t honestly say that acupuncture does or won’t help but what I can say is that the deep tissue massage although slightly aggressive made a huge difference by the time I left.
I will definitely be back to continue with work on my current injury and any sports related injuries in the future.

I cannot recommend Jordi Capdet highly enough. I have seen him for over five years and during this time he has helped me resolve a variety of physical conditions, ranging from chronic pain to different sport-​related injuries.
My original reason to seek his help has been a chronic back pain that had bothered me for longtime, and was starting to degenerate into a visible kyphosis. With his unique style of deep tissue massage, Jordi was able to gradually release the chronic tension accumulated in my back muscles through years of bad posture and incorrect exercise, and restore the fibers back to their original elasticity. Also through his competent advice on proper exercise, back pain is now only a past memory.
Jordi has also helped me with treating tennis-​elbow, carpal tunnel syndrome, shoulder rotator cuff inpingement and other nuisances that bother those who don’t want to step down to a more sedentary lifestyle.
However, what I consider to date Jordi’s greatest achievement for me, has been his treatment of my right ankle. Years of soccer and running have produced strain on my Achille’s attachment, culminating in attacks of sharp pain and a progressively worsening limp. I have been diagnosed with Achille’s tendinitis/​borsitis and Haglund syndrome. Several traditional physical therapy sessions and iontophoresis were useless, leaving surgery as the only option, according to the orthopaedist. Jordi proposed to try out an experimental combination of tendon massage to break built-​up scar tissue and acupuncture, which in his opinion could have been beneficial, even though he had never treated before a problem of this nature. After a few weeks of short weekly 30-​minutes treatments, my ankle pain is receding, a result that nothing else I tried before had managed to achieve.
I regard Jordi as a true healer.
