History

Established in 1987.

In 1987 I decided to jump in the Real Estate Industry and In January 1993, I joined the sales staff at Prudential California Realty and by the end of 1994 my «closed sales» placed me in the top 1% of the real estate agents in the nation. I have recently become a recipient of the National Legends Award acknowledging consistent sales excellence in the top 2% of the company.

Joe Southwick has been a top industry professional for over 28 years. From his first year in real estate, when he received the «Distinguished Achievement Award», he has garnered every award imaginable for a Realtor including the unprecedented double Legend Award for producing in the top 1% of the Nation twenty years consecutively.

Joe was born and raised in San Diego and attended San Diego State University. He and his wife, Collette, enjoy the San Diego Chargers and spending time with family including their grown daughters, Cheryl and Jennifer. In his spare time, Joe enjoys outdoor sports; especially ocean fishing and is in the planning stages for a trip to Costa Rica.
