Great staff ! The guy who helped me refinance my car Luis Garcia had great customer service, he answered every question I had and explained everything in detail. I was very pleased with the service, they made this whole process easier for me. I’ll definitely be recommending this place.

I contacted them because I have never had any idea what I was dealing with when it came to insurance. I talked to Luiz Garcia who has changed my view of insurance people! He was very helpful and best of all he was honest about my options — explaining everything in detail. I haven’t signed with them yet but it is happening as soon as my other insurance runs out!

The customer service here is great. I spoke with Luis Garcia and he helped me refinance my car. He was courteous and professional. For that I will recommend State Farm.

The Crew here is Great! I’ve been with Statefarm for a few years now, I have 3 cars insured and rental ins and I have never had one problem.
The young lady that works in the office Liz, very helpful and always goes the extra mile for customer service, every renewal she always updates me with information that helps me save on my policy. Jose is very helpful as well and is very knowledgeable, he always makes sure customers are taken care of. I highly recommend Kristie Facto’s office.

I NEVER leave bad reviews. but if they had 0 stars as an option that would be more accurate. EXTREMLY long story short… I was given a bad policy number for my car, DMV mailed me a fine for not having current car insurance. but offered to drop it if got insurance within 14 days. called kristies office. NO ANSWER 3x in a row. called geico. instant coverage and I immediately canceled state farm. gecio contacted me saying this office failed to send over my files and gave them a dead line (dec 26^th). what do you know… they never sent them. geico dropped me… MEANWHILE for 2 months (oct-​Dec) my auto payment for my car from statefarm (which was canceled in October) was still going on. I called to get it stopped and refunded. it got stopped but NO refund. still to this day no refunds and no returned phone calls. ive been very persistent and have been contacting every customer service number possible, I even tried to get my old insurance agent from NY to help but this office didn’t even answer their phone calls. but I felt like this was a low blow to post this for the public to see but sorry when you owe me almost $ 500 things happen…

Ive been with Kristie Facto for over 6 years with a multi car and life insurance, Jose, Liz and Austin go out of their way to assist me with any questions I may have about my policy. When filing a claim which I’ve done twice I get it resolved as quickly as possible. I truly recommend this office they’re awesome.

I have been attempting to transfer my State Farm Auto policy from Oregon to San Diego for nearly a month. Repeated phone calls, dropped balls, and mis-​communication were the hallmarks of Ms. Facto’s service. I did finally receive my policy, but the price was 7 TIMES what I was paying before, after her office told me there would be no change in the rate. There’s definitely something wrong at this State Farm office. I would avoid it like the plague.
