La Mesa Fit Body Boot Camp is a results driven and energetic fitness and fat loss workout program that includes motivation, accountability and dynamic resistance training; all designed to get you the body that you want in a safe, fun and non-​intimidating atmosphere.

Every workout session is led by an experienced, certified personal trainer and is designed to be fun, supportive and challenging, while burning maximum fat, in minimum time. Personalization is key to getting the best possible results, which is why our workout programs are modified to fit your goals and individual fitness level.

But unlike working one-​on-​one with a personal trainer, our workout programs are done in a group setting which makes them fun, motivating, challenging and it keeps the cost of the program affordable compared to private one-​on-​one personal training sessions.

We like to make working out fun! This is why we vary up our workouts and offer Tai Chi, yoga and self-​defense instruction as well. La Mesa Fit Body Boot Camp is all about making everyone feel comfortable. Unlike traditional health clubs or big box gyms you’ll never feel intimidated or deal with overcrowding — and best of all, at La Mesa Fit Body Boot Camp we never yell at you or treat you like you’re in a military boot camp like other boot camp programs may do.

When you walk into our gym you’ll find a clean, modern, non-​intimidating fitness center that’s focused on helping you burn off body fat, tone up your muscles, and teaching you a lifestyle of healthy eating and habits.

JJ Brawley is San Diego’s top fitness and weight loss expert. He has a very strong background in nutrition and fitness education with 7 years of personal training experience. JJ is a published writer, member of the fitness writer’s network, contributing writer to both ACE and IDEA and is an avid fitness, wellness and lifestyle blogger. JJ combines his skills as a marathon runner, competitive 10k athlete and background in the martial arts with modern day science in a practical, yet fun approach to fitness training making his weight loss technique’s both challenging and very effective.
