While Learning Jungle school believes that every «child’s progress should be measurable,» they also understand that children express their learning in a myriadof ways. Their curriculum supports this philosophy through a system of eight types of intelligence. Based upon the work of Howard Gardner’s Multiple Intelligences, their eight criteria include «Word Smart,» which is using language effectively. There’s «Body Smart,» or using the whole body for self-​expression, and“Number Smart,” which is the ability to use numbers to solve problems, among others.
