I haven’t had much experience with dry cleaning and tailoring but this shop was easy to work with, affordable, and fast. I dropped off 3 articles of clothing to be hemmed and repaired on Saturday afternoon and picked them up on Tuesday. I’m very happy with the service and the items were hemmed and repaired to look as good as new– but better, because they fit properly :)

Friendly service. Quick turn around. Fair prices. Had some buttons sewed on two shirts, a pair of pants altered and six items dry cleaned. All was done in two days time. Everything was ready to wear the same week. Very happy with the overall service. Highly recommend.

I needed some last minute dry cleaning and this place was as close to my house as i can get… well I was pleasantly surprised as not only were their prices fair and reasonable the guy working the counter was more than willing to work with me to make sure my dry cleaning was ready when i needed it.

Great service and fast. I brought a chiffon material dress to have the hem taken up. It was ready in 2 days, even with rush of orders before Easter and was affordable ($ 12). I will definitely come back if I need alterations!

Lena did some alterations for my wife’s dress and my shirt and pants for a formal. The dress came out nice and on time. My shirt came out too tight but she was able to fix it while I waited. Overall, good quality and price. I will definitely go back here for future alterations.

This was my first time coming to this establishment and I was greeted with a snotty attitude. And yes, she could barely speak English (go figure). I told her that I saw her ad and that it showed a certain amount per item. She then told me that the prices went up! She said you say «this amount» and I charge this amount! She continued to speak in her broken English something about «they charge me more, I go up too». I actually was going to pay the extra amount until the next part. I came in on Monday. She told me that the SOONEST she would have my clothes dry cleaned and ready to pick up would be FRIDAY!!! Are you kidding me? The place stunk and another customer who looked disheveled was putting on a shirt in the lobby area (small). I read all these positive posts and am shocked by the experience I had. It was my first time and will definitely be my LAST TIME!

Affordable prices and great work. Lena (I’m assuming that’s the one woman that works there) is really nice and accommodating. I’ve had quite a few alterations done there and have always been satisfied. I have only used alteration services, so I can’t review the dry cleaning services.

I came in this morning with hopes of having a costume for this weekend slightly altered on super short notice. The party is in the OC and I needed to be able to pick it up by the end of Thursday so I can head out first thing Friday morning. I was able to pick it up within just a few hours. The alterations were better then I could’ve hoped for and I was only charged $ 8.00. That’s pretty amazing for such a great job and with a rush request no less. I was greeted with a smile and the costumer service was outstanding. I will be sure to recommend Lena’s to all my friends and family.

After reading all the positive reviews I was amazed at how bad my experience was here. Firstly, the woman working here barely speaks any English… the result of this is that your alterations will probably not be correct. Secondly, when I went to pick up my alterations they weren’t ready and she told me to come back before 3pm. I arrived at 2:45pm and they were closed… lastly, this place smells horrible. So gross… never again.

Great services, inexpensive prices and FAST turnaround time.
I dropped off a pair of pants for alterations yesterday at lunch time. I requested to have them done in 1 day and she said «No Problem!»
I love that! Some times, some places will act really annoyed if you request fast turnaround time– but not Lena!
My pants were ready by 10am the next day (today) and was $ 12!
She does my fiancé’s dry cleaning as well– we both love her.
She closes earlier than most places during the week (5PM) which is why I come at lunch. Oh, and she’s cash only!

Lena’s alteration was amazing! She is very fast and efficient and good. My daughter was getting married on Saturday and she did some last minute alterations to the grooms coat and her honeymoon dress. She even finished them 2 days before she promised them. She did a wonderful job and was very fast. She doesn’t cost an arm and a leg. I was so happy to find her even though I have lived by her for years. If I had only known! Now I will not hesitate to take in the smallest items to have her fix them. She knows her stuff! I totally recommend her for wedding dress alterations and difficult items.

My daughter needed her prom dress hemmed and the straps shortened. We were referred to Lena by a friend. We are very pleased with the results. The dress has 5 layers of material and 3 different lengths. Lena did a great job measuring and it was all done in a week. The straps have jewels so she had to figure all that out. Very professional job by a very sweet lady. I plan to take some of my own items there soon. I highly recommend. Check the hours before you go to be sure she’s open.

I have been going to Lena’s for about five years. I’ve had pants hemmed, dresses altered and dry cleaning done here. Prices are affordable and I’ve never had a problem with any of her work.
I only use the dry cleaning service out of convenience as there usually isn’t a standard turn around time.
