Chief Executive Officer Sylvia Melena is a results-​oriented leadership, management and organizational development professional with over a decade of middle, senior and executive management experience. She is a Certified Everything DiSC Trainer and has an M.A. in Leadership and Organizational Studies, a B.A. in Journalism, and a Design Learning Certificate from the Association of Talent Development.
