History
Established in 1998.
MDW Films was established in 1998 as a collective of videographers working on commercials, documentaries, short films, and special events. In 2005 we expanded to include Photography as part of our services.
Meet the Business Owner
Matt W.
Business Owner
Graduated with a Master of Arts degree in Television, Film, and New Media from San Diego State University in 2010. Matt has worked on a multitude of documentaries and live events, for clients including KUSI, KPBS, the Rock n’ Roll Marathon, Ford Amphitheater, Qualcomm Stadium, Tri-City Wellness Center, Strive Fitness, San Diego Chargers, Liraglutide, Skylight, and more. He also directed and edited the feature length film «Dies Septem» and is currently co-directing the documentary «Flyline Bait» for PBS. He is a lifelong fan of moving pictures, modeling his oeuvre after the great Hollywood directors of today, giving his videography and editing style an exciting theatrical feel.
