Dr. Levy and Jennifer are amazing!!! I have gone here for 24 years!!! Two or three times a year!!! Glasses contacts eye scratches!!! They always take amazing care of me and other friends I refer!!!

I’ve been going to Dr Levy over 15 years off and on and never had a problem until now!!! I’m so shocked what happened the other day! I accidentally broke my eyeglasses and just had the lenses left that were still in good condition, anyway I called Jennifer at Dr Levy s office and she said they could file them down to fit into new frames for $ 45!!! I was so happy, so I went in picked out the frames and Jennifer said they I paid $ 49 not 45 and went home to wait for her phone call. A couple hours later Jennifer called saying she had bad news!!! She went on to tell me that while Dr Levy was filing down one of my lenses in his machine, my lens broke! So next Jennifer told me I have to pay $ 75 to replace my lens that Dr Levy broke! We’ve been going back and fourth over the phone disputing why I’m responsible for paying $ 75 to replace the lens Dr Levy broke! My Father called Dr Levy to try to come to a reasonable solution, and Dr Levy hung the phone up on my father! So my dad called back Dr Levy admitted it was his machine that broke my lens and for me to come in and pay $ 30 and he’ll call it even! To he this is very unacceptable, unprofessional, and down right wrong! As of now I have no glasses, no money to buy more!

Just moved to the area. Googled optometrist. When I called I immediately was greeted by such a helpful person over the phone. Came into the office and my experience was so pleasant from the customer service standpoint it was top notch, not to mention the prices exceeded my expectations (very reasonable prices). Can’t wait to get my Vera Bradley glasses soon!

I’ve been going to Dr Pill for about ten years now. I believe in supporting friends in their businesses. Dr Phil has always provided me with excellent service. He has reasonable prices especially when you factor in the great service. He has top of the line equipment and gives a thorough examination of the eyes. NOT only is he a great eye doctor but a great banjo player as well. NOW if only my dentist was as good as my eye doctor I’d have it made. Well I see that my review is just about average length. I can not and will not settle for average so I will write on. I’m trying to think of something useful to say. I’ve got it. Dr Phil has a great selection of eyeglass frames and can offers several types of lenses. If you get hungry after a strenuous eye exam there are several choices available. Subway is a favorite of mine. Also in the same mall is a 99 Cent store and a Burlington Coat Factory. Well I can quit as my review is now longer than most.

I have been going to Dr. Levy for over 10 years and have always had a great experience. His prices for eyeglass and contact lens exam with 1 box of contacts is pretty reasonable for someone who does not have insurance. There was one time I went else where and I was not completely satisfied, so I am returning to Dr. Levy.

Dr. Levy is the BEST. He has been fitting me with contacts for 30 years, since I was 10 years old. My eyes are always happy after a consult with Dr. L. He knows his stuff and has the experience and background to live up to his reputation as the best Optometrist in the area.

I have been going to Mr Levy for over 10 years (cant really remember, getting old). I have never had an issue. Everything is always there when they say it will be. And I have had contacts, glasses, and prescription sunglasses. Never any issues. And I have found the staff to be very polite and well mannered.
I would definitely recommend them to others.

19 bucks to mail me a contact lens. That’s not bad, right? I wish I knew about that before I left for my trip, they could have just mailed me a replacement! 5 minutes over the phone, and I should have my lens by Saturday since the mail has already gone out today.
