Rancho San Diego travel took care of everything for my new wife and I on our honeymoon. We weren’t even sure where we wanted to go at first but after brainstorming we decided on Tahiti. They took care of booking everything for us, including our excursions which saved so much time and hassle while we were on the island. Give them a shot, you won’t regret it!

They made it all so easy! Just got back from a cruise I booked through them. They handled every detail including the travel insurance (which, thankfully, I didn’t have to use,) and made it virtually effortless for me. Now if I could just get them to stand in line for me at the security checkpoints!

My boyfriend and I went in to this agency yesterday and spoke with Christine about going on a Mediterranean cruise. After much discussion we settled on a cruise for a price of $ 4900 for the two of us. This was late in the afternoon. Today she was supposed to book airline flights for us and return our call. We called her in the early afternoon and she had not done so. At this time she began work on it and after several phone calls with her, we were frustrated as the prices kept getting more expensive. We decided to get the flights on our own and got excellent prices for flight and hotels through Expedia. At this time we thought we would look at our cruise via Expedia and found that we could save 2 grand for the same cabin/​cruise. BF called Christine and she said we could cancel so I made the reservation with Expedia. When BF called Christine to officially cancel, he was told there would be a 50% cancellation charge. We booked this cruise not 24 hours ago and also had trip protection. So much for that. We were force to cancel the Expedia cruise we booked with NO PENALTY. We are not happy customers at this point. BF had used this agency before but will not ever again.
