I don’t even know where to begin other than saying AMAZING! From the staff to the doctor… They are all so awesome. Such a great experience. Had my breast augmentation today and will be coming back for my tummy tuck in a few months. I highly recommend Dr. Sessions.

I went to Dr. Sessions for a tummy tuck and facelift. I can’t begin to express how pleased I am with Dr. Sessions and his staff! I immediately felt at ease and I highly recommend Dr. Sessions.
Debbie, the office manager is fantastic, and is so helpful. Whenever I have a question or concern all I have to do is send her a email (and before I knew it she would respond, up till 10:00 pm!) Sandy who is Dr. Sessions nurse is a sweetheart and takes her time and is fantastic!
Jennifer, is a doll and always has a smile!
I can’t wait to have future procedures done by Dr. Sessions and his awesome staff! Thank you all for taking such great care of me!

I rated Dr. Dessions a 3 because I can’t give this either a high or low rating since I did not follow through with my visit, but I do need to write a review.
I had went in for a consult in regards to getting lipo done. Immediately when I walked into the office, I approach the front desk to give my name and the girl says «Is your hair real or are they extentions?» like whoa… nice to meet you too. Then she continues to joke around like «Oh you’re a model huh. You’re pretty, look guys isn’t she pretty.» Just kind of uncomfortable comments for a plastic surgery office if you ask me…
After being thrown off by the extremely blunt office staff, I go into the consult room.
Here is where he lost me. Dr. Sessions has a very loud voice & he barely closed the door to our room. I could not help but feel like the entire office (which already made me feel uncomfortable for being there and wanting lipo) was listening to our entire consultation.
After the consult, he leaves me with his assistant to discuss pricing. Their prices were reasonable, but the treatment plan was given to me on a paper that was just hand written on. I was willing to book with him, but the professionalism from the staff during my consult just changed my judgement. He really needs a new front office staff in my opinion. Based off these reviews, I’m not the only customer they drove away.

I went to Dr Sessions in 2002 for a tummy tuck and breast implants. He was the 12^th doctor in interviewed. I could have saved a LOT of time had he been the first. From the minute I walked in the door I knew. Not only is he the absolute BEST, his staff is too. Dr Sessions thoroughly explained in detail both procedures. he didn’t have me disrobe to give me my first consultation. He also told me about possible complications, specifically, capsular scarring (
). The 11 doctors I had interviewed prior to him did not tell me this. I had gotten it. If I hadnt been told about it and got caught by surprise, I know I would have been stressed.
Dr Sessions is the best. He doesnt catgorize, takes each patient as an individual. He doesnt tell you to bring a picture of the breast that you want. He doesnt tell you to pick a size (cup size). Every one is different, everyone has different breasts, tissue, skin, etc. I didnt want to pick a breast from a picture. I wanted my own. I had asked Dr Sessions about thebags under my eyes. His answer was «You dont have bags, I am not touching your eyes, ask me in ten years» I LOVE that he didnt do it just because I asked him to, that as a professional, he said I didnt need it. He also removed my daughters keloid scar from a belly button piercing and left a tiny, barely visible scar. The man is AWESOME.
Thirteen years later, I am still happy. I stopped in to see him recently. The staff has changed but the warm welcome has not. I felt like I had been talking to these women for years. Unfortunately, I missed the good doctor. They said they couldputme onhis schedule to ensure I would see him. Ididnt want to waste histime with an appointment for a simple hello. They told me his schedule so I could catch him. I will be visiting him soon…
This review turned out longer than I meant it to, but I can just go on and on about how happy I am with choosing him, still. And he is the only one I still choose.

I had my tummy tuck and lipo sculpting. I have to say he is the best !!! Dr. Session goes out of his way to make sure your doing good and feel good. He will advise you what’s surgeries he recommends for your body type … The staff is awesome so is chyntia … I feel very welcomed every time I visit. Will not trade Dr. Session for any other Dr…

I had my breast implant surgery done by Dr. Sessions on a recommendation. I am so happy I listened. The very first time I walked in the door, I knew this was the doctor for me. He was friendly, candid and forthright. His staff, especially Cynthia, made me feel at home and at ease. My operation was in March and every follow appointment up has been fantastic. By the way, they look FABULOUS! I and my husband couldn’t be more pleased. I highly, highly recommend Dr. Sessions, so much that my husband and mother will be getting a procedure done with him very soon. Picking your plastic surgeon is a big decision. If you have any questions about him, ask the staff to forward your information to Diana or Sandy. They will know who we are and we would love to answer any questions!

Dr. Sessions is very friendly as well as his staff.

After having my son’s ears done with Dr. Sessions and being very happy years later I went back to have my upper eyes done and a neck lift. After the neck settle he saw he needed to do alittle more lift (which is normal) and had no problem fixing at no cost to me. His bedside manner is wonderful and he makes you feel good about yourself. Staff was excellent.

His staff is friendly and sweet.
He messed up lipo on my belly, a year later I went back to have it fixed. My belly is still lumpy, and still fatty above my navel.
I went back for another procedure that wasn’t lipo. Should have learned my lesson.
Had to get this procedure fixed too. He screwed it up again.
I’m still experiencing a little pain from the 2^nd procedure. I don’t want him to screw it up for a third time. I have a consult with another physician to have him correct the mistakes.
This sucks because I like the staff, but will never return.

Dr. Sessions & his staff have been nothing but wonderful. His nurse Cynthia is amazing! My cousin & sister recommended him to me & feel the same way. I had a tummy tuck 3 weeks ago & I love the results. I have been to his office every week since the surgery for check ups and I am healing perfectly. I never feel rushed and receive attention and detail to any questions I have. I have felt very taken care of. Dr. Sesions is an amazing surgeon.

Got a tummy tuck done here and although sessions is a nice guy, he’s not the best plastic surgeon. He totally hacked my stomach and I have a huge scar. It’s been about 8 years since my surgery and the scar is still so noticeable and can’t really be hidden. The scar goes across my lower stomach and then up on each hip! I definitely wouldn’t recommend. Oh, also, I had «dog ears» after my procedure and has to have another revision surgery, which of course, was close to another $ 1000.

In my opinion this would be your worst mistake. I was completely hacked and have gone through three surgeries to correct his hack job! Oh and not to mention double what I payed him! I am still not 100% fixed either. One star is giving this doctor and office credit they don’t deserve.

I have gone to Dr. Sessions for several years for Botox injections as well as a facial lazar treatment. I have found Dr. Sessions and his staff to be extremely professional, upbeat and caring. I would not go anywhere else. Trust is important. I wonder as I read some of these negative comments if it is not the consumer rather than the doctor who has a problem.

I was recommended by a friend. I’m sitting in the parking lot, having driven all the way to La Mesa from Carlsbad for my scheduled consultation. To my surprise, everyone had already gone home for the day. Very clear indicator that I should seek professionalism and expertise elsewhere. Bummer.

My wife and I were going to come here but after the treatment we got from the receptionist… no thank you… her words exactly «we dont need your business» … wow i guess you might not, i try to only write good review to build companies but this was uncalled for, no one needs to be treated how we were treated, please think long and hard before you come here or call because this is for life and if these people are representing the business and they continue to disrespect people, what does that say about the doctor who choses these people to represent him? im sorry if you cant have attention to detail for choosing your staff how can i trust you to have enough attention to detail on my wife’s body?

Dr. Sessions is a good Doctor. However, «Monique» his receptionist alone will be the reason I will never refer or return to see the Doctor ever again. She is the most UNPROFESSIONAL person I have ever come across in my life. If you want to deal with a women calling your home telling you to go f yourself. This is your Doctor. She is the most foul mouthed, rude and CLEARY out of line RECEPTIONIST I have ever encountered.

I was referred to Dr. Sessions by a good friend who had gotten Botox done. After seeing her results and hearing her rave about Dr. Sessions and his staff, I decided to have it done too. I am SO glad that I did! Dr. Sessions’ staff members Cynthia and Rochelle are ridiculously nice and helpful. They called me back within an hour of me leaving my initial message and actually apologized for not getting back to me sooner. When I got there, I didn’t have to wait at all and was greeted by Dr. Sessions who thoroughly explained the procedure and made sure that I felt comfortable the entire time. I will definitely go back to Dr. Sessions and would recommend him to my family and friends as well.

After many consults around town, I was referred to Dr. Sessions. I knew it was the right place for me when I arrived. I love his staff and Dr. Sessions is a professional and caring doctor. I am completely happy with my procedure and I have referred him many times.

I had 2 procedures done with Dr. Sessions and I was VERY happy with him and his staff that I’ve recommended him to several of my friends who have all been very pleased with his work.
He takes time to explain the procedure, called me personally the day before and after the procedure, provided me with his cell number to call anytime.
With any cosmetic procedure people have to be realistic. He can’t perform miracles! You have to have a good foundation to start… just like anything else. Perhaps that’s why the previous reviewer had such a bad review. Who know. To each his own. :)

If I could give him no stars I would. DO NOT GO TO THIS GUY period.
