As well as hot stones to balance and rejuvenate you, prenatal and postnatal massages to help keep you at your best.

Established in 2012.

I graduated from Pacific college of oriental medicine, one of the best school in our nation for massage. So I am able to provide for you the best quality on all my sessions.

If you are looking for a great personal masseuse Nadia is your girl. I can’t believe I’ve been coming here 1yr already! Because I love this place and Nadia the masseuse I had to give an update. If you have stress in your life, you have tension in your body. Take a chance and call Nadia. Rates are great! If you continue seeing her she offers great package deals as well, but either way her prices are great. This is Not an assembly line masseuse like those major chains. This is a small, quaint very personal place. She will personalize your massage. Me, my husband and my son come here. Trying to convince my 17yr old daughter, she ticklish and afraid to get a massage. But I think I have almost convinced her. I Just want everyone to experience Nadia’s hands she is AMAZING! Thx Nadia

Nadia has changed my life! Before coming to her I had huge knots in my shoulders/​neck as that is where all of my stress sits. Not only did she work them out, but she also gave me tips on sleeping positions to reduce tension in my neck moving forward. In addition to that, she recommended that I start taking magnesium, which has solved my lifelong issue of always being cold (apparently your body temperature is regulated by water & magnesium — who knew?!). I feel like a brand new person! Thanks, Nadia! :)

My friend bought me a groupon for my birthday. When I went to that appointment, Nadia told me she specializes in tui-​na, a technique that relives pain. I had major hip pain and was going to physical therapy for pain relief, so I paid $ 10 more for a tui-​na massage. I am so glad I did. The pain in my hip has reduced dramatically after 3 massages. I felt wonderful immediately after the first massage but be prepared for some soreness the day after. She is working out scar tissue, after all. I feel her pushing the balls of pain out of my body. There is no other way to describe it. My hips haven’t felt this good in years. I didn’t realize how much I was compensating until the pain was relieved. Wonderful massage!

I found Nadia through a Groupon earlier this year. That is how I used to get my massages, through Groupon… I would bounce around from one place to another. Not anymore! Nadia is wonderful. She uses a Chinese technique called Tui-​na (more info at this link if you are interested in learning–
). I had never heard of it before and was nervous in the beginning. It is hard to describe the feelings during the massage. I could feel my body opening up, if that makes sense. I am amazed and impressed every time I get a massage from Nadia, she is able to find tension in my body that I had no idea was there. Once it’s released, though, I feel so much better. I highly recommend Nadia. She is a kind-​hearted person and truly cares about your overall well-​being. She is respectful to your needs and also gives a great Swedish massage (that was my Groupon massage).

Nadia is Amazing!!! I’ve gone 3 times so far and my husband and my 20 yr old son love Nadia’s «Tui-​na» technique. She hits all the right spots and relieves all the tension and knots. Her personality is plus, she is very friendly and personable. I feel like I’ve known her forever. I highly recommend her! I think I’ve found my own personal masseuse. Thank You Nadia!

I had the pleasure of meeting Nadia yesterday while vacationing here from Chicago. They just moved into this new location this week, so they were still settling in. The location was nice and clean. It was hard for me to find the entrance, since they don’t have signage outside yet, but Nadia noticed me wondering aimlessly around, and called to let me know which entrance was hers.
I opted for the 90 minute hot stone massage, due to the fact I was so sore from my workout, and she had a cancelation last minute that freed up my time, awesome!
Nadia was very knowledgeable and professional. It’s as if she knew exactly where I would be sore without even telling her. I left feeling much more relaxed. She gives you a few options for what style of massage you want based on your needs (soreness, relaxation, etc).
Thanks for the San Diego information and great massage! I highly recommend Nadia and her new growing business!

Nadia is phenominal! I’ve been going to her for a while now. She is really knowledgable and especially helps muscles that you may have had injuries before. I have never been able to run with both feet straight because I tore my ligaments as a teen. She worked on my ankle for two sessions and it is night and day from before. I hlghly recommend her for relaxation and preventative massage.

Thank you Nadia for healing me! I’m 23 years old and I’m already developing carpal tunnel. When I came in today, I was expecting a Swedish massage (a gift purchase from my aunt) but she offered a massage called Tui-​na that’s supposed to make one feel bodily stress-​free for days after rather than for the moment being. 50 minutes passed and I asked for another 30 minutes because the massage was too good! I felt knots I didn’t know I had and she’s really good at finding the hidden ones too. Her concentration was healing my hands, arms and wrists where I needed it most. I loved that it wasn’t a routine massage like some places that try to massage everything on your body but leave you feeling ok for the time being. Nadia left me feeling like a new me!

As a returning client I have found tailored touch therapy a lifesaver. Once a former athlete I have found that my body was in dire need of massage therapy. Not knowing what I was in for I attempted her tui nai massage which helped break up knots I didn’t even knew existed. My posture is much better along with better vibes throughout my week. A must try.
