TTT Jumps

We could not be happier with the experience we had renting a jumper for our son’s birthday party! Cindy was on top of every detail, at all times. She was also very nice and professional. We had never rented a jumper before, and things could not have gone more smoothly. We were happy with the jumper, it was clean, in great shape, and there were no problems with it. We were also very happy with the service. The price was also very reasonable. Thank you TTT for a wonderfully fun jumper experience! The kids had a great time, and so did we!

I wanted to order tables and chairs with this company and I already rented a jumper for my son a week ago (not from this company) and I called them to see how much they would charge for the tables and chairs. They were very nice to me untill they asked me if I rented a jumper from them and I said no I already had one rented and they completely turned heads. They told me I can’t rent their tables and chairs unless I order a jumper from them too. Goodluck with that service because that’s just being STINGY. Also the girl was really rude after… it was weird.

Used TTT jumps for a party i had recently. They were on time, friendly and efficient. Will use them again for any other parties i will have:) Thanks!

We booked the 4 in combo for my sons 6^th birthday down at mission bay beach. they had called me two days before the event saying if i could be dropped off first which would be at 11 am and my party started at 1 pm i said it was ok. around 10:15 the day of the party they called me and said never mind that they werent coming to me first. so they had me waiting for no reason. they showed up at about 12:30pm and started setting up when they tried to get the jumper going one of their generators did not work. they had no back up so they left and said they would go rent one. it was then 1:45 pm and i had no jumper going for the kids my son who was bummed. at about 2:15 they got it going. the original price was 350.00. they only wanted to knock off 25 $ for being 1 hour and ½ late. i didnt fight it and said ok. 20 minutes after the jumper was up and going the generator shut off. so all the kids were frightened. my husband was able to start it back up. same thing happend again about 5 mins later this time with a little boy getting stuck. it was horrible to watch as the jumper deflated on him. so i called the jump people and they came and could not fix it. so by this time it is almost 4 pm and he told me one of the generators was working and that if i wanted to keep on of the sides to the jumper i could for 100 $. i couldnt believe he wanted to charge me for 3 hours 100 $ after all we paid that amount to keep my son happy and not leave him without a jump house. i think they should have not charged us it was their fault and not ours. i would never use these guys again or recommend them.

Super impressed with Triple T Jumps. When calling around for a bouncy house, they were by far the friendliest and most interested in getting my business. Cindy was super helpful and enthusiastic and we booked right away.
They called throughout the morning of the party to let us know when they were coming which I truly appreciate. Communication is key when setting up for a big party.
The kids LOVED the castle bounce house and I would absolutely go with Triple T again.

Working with Cindy & Zane was nothing but awesome, & stress-​free, which is UBER important when you’re planning your wedding in a month, & waited till the week of to book a bouncy house, tables, chairs & linens!
Here are the great things about Triple T in no particular order:
— They have a WIDE selection on bouncy houses. That was a SUPER like for me, because alot of business’ only carry just different themes of just your generic bouncy house.
— Cindy was SUPER helpful the times I talked to her over the phone, you could just tell she wasn’t after your money, she was just after the best interest of her customer! When I first talked to her, she gave me great insight on what bouncy house would be best for the kind of event it would get booked for (based on the venue, the age group I had & so on). And when I talked to her the second time, she was SOO helpful enough to try to refer me to a different company who could accomodate the chairs, tables & linens that I wanted in one whole combo with the bouncy house… which needs to their next compliment…
— BUT, I’m glad I got stick with them in the long run, her husband stepped in, asked what I needed & basically said «I got this, just gimme a couple minutes» They were so sweet enough to call around to find more chairs, tables & linens to fit what I needed, so I could do a one stop shop through them!
— I owe them some MAJOR love for working with me SUPER last minute! If I recall correctly, I contacted them either Monday or Tuesday, & my wedding was on Friday.
— Jumpy was AWESOME AS HELL, I definitely suggest renting it for your next event, it’s called the «Awesome Obstacle Course» it was a 50 foot long bouncy obstacle course that no man or child could resist! I was DYING to get out of my wedding dress to give it a go!
— The jumpy was also super clean! They wipe it down with Simple Green after every event.
They’re licensed for parks!
— And again, I can’t say how great & awesome it was working with Cindy & Zane, they trully went above & beyond for me, took soo muc stress off my shoulders & were sweet enough to offer advice from what jumpy to get, to how I just need to be stress free on the big.
My regrets…
— I didn’t get to have as much time with the bouncy house as I wanted (too many people calling me over)
— I don’t have an important life event coming up to have as an excuse to book them again! I am SERIOUSLY frustrated over that fact!

We booked a combo jumper for my son’s 5^th bday party at the park. They arrived earlier than scheduled and set the jumper up quickly. My wife and I have been getting jumpers for many years now and have tried many other jumper companies out there and after dealing with Triple T, I would highly refer. Generator and blowers were in perfect working condition (there are horror stories out there when the generator and/​or blowers give out) and due to a miscommunication about the jumper not having a canopy, they refunded us $ 25. Biggest «plus» about Triple T was when they picked up the jumper, they immediately went in and vacuumed and cleaned it with Simple Green. They have quality jumpers and they are very friendly. Would recommend and will use again.
