Established in 1969.

Nordine Realty was established in 1969 and Incorporated in 2006 by Vance Nordine who is the current CEO of Nordine Realty, Inc. Vance is the second generation to operate Nordine Realty. One could say Vance is the third generation to work at Nordine Realty as his grandfather also worked at Nordine Realty for a few years in the 1970’s. There is an up and coming fourth generation of Nordine’s now. Most of our clients are greeted by Vance’s oldest daughter who is a real asset to our ever growing client base. Vance represented us as buyers when we bought our home. He was also the seller’s agent. Throughout the process we were very impressed with his ethics in representing us and the seller at the same time. He is honest and trustworthy.
He was also very responsive which is high on our list for real estate agents. When you are making such a major purchase, you don’t want to wait to find out what is going on especially in this market!
His office staff was also wonderful to deal with. Mary answered all of our questions and made sure everything got done smoothly.
Their office also uses very current technology, so we were able to do a lot of the communications and documents online which was a huge plus for us.
