Puppy House & Grooming

I thought taking my dog to the groomers on Father’s Day was a good idea because I figured most people would be too busy celebrating. Boy was I wrong. I usually take my dog to Petsmart but they were fully booked. Then I searched Unilocal and found this location. I immediately called and let them know that I was coming all the way from Anaheim Hills (about 30 minutes away). The owner was able to fit me into their already busy schedule and left my fur baby (Ricky) looking like a million bucks. They also let me know Ricky did well for being a first timer.
FYI I used a credit card to pay and unfortunately there was no way to add a tip to the transaction. So make sure you have some cash on hand for tipping.
P. S. I plan to go back this week to drop off a tip :)

Very professional and a clean grooming environment. Will definitely be back. Bo the owner is definitely a dog lover and makes you feel comfortable with leaving your dog in their hands. Priced reasonably.

I’ve been taking my dogs there since they were puppies. I was one of her first customers and I can honestly say they are the best groomers ever! She does an amazing job with cutting and taking care of my dogs. Definitely recommend

Our first time at this place and we’re very happy with Mochi’s grooming! Customer service is great and the shop’s owner, Bo, was very careful with Mochi’s fragile leg (our pup is 10 years old). We’ll most definitely be coming back!

Words can not express my gratitude for this place. All of the employees are eager to help customers, happy and friendly. The owner Bo is one of the most compassionate people I’ve ever met.

Bo does not buy her puppys from a puppy mill like other pet shops. Bo ensures that the breeders are responsible and caring towards their animals. She does not buy from backyard breeders either, she does her research to ask about the parents and health if the puppies. This is one of the most amazing perks to her pet sales. The fact that it is not about profit, but she truly wants to find these puppies a good home. Simply heart warming.

I took my shihtzu in for grooming. She is a rescue dog. She has submissive peeing and extremely hard to work with. She will not stay still. I can barely give her a bath at home and she trusts me. Bo was not only able to give her a beautiful cut, but she was able to give me some tips about my dogs fur and coat. My dog had an ear infection and irritable skin. My vet said it was fleas, but bo was able to tell that it was a food allergy. Her pet shop as everything from A to Z even medicine to help my dog with her itching and skin problems. Sally came out looking beautiful. Everyone was so patient with her even though she’s a very difficult dog.
Thanks again! Will only groom here from now on.

I love taking my dog Elsa here every time she’s due for a grooming. Bo and the rest of the staffs are so kind and friendly. They always do a wonderful job and they make sure you are satisfied with their service. The store is very organize and very clean, and most importantly it does not have a funky smell. This place always has a good atmosphere and staffs are always smiling and they always treat my Elsa like their own. They also have nice cute accessories for dogs and they sell adorable puppies that I wish I can take home with me everytime I come here. My daughter loves coming here too. I really highly recommend this place for you to take your dog. Thank you so much for your kind service Bo and the rest of the staff.

I found this groomer off of Unilocal.I am so glad I came here for my puppy! This place is very clean, roomie and well organized. I was very impressed. I honestly couldn’t be happier with the job they did. You can tell the owner is a true animal lover. She took care of my little puppy Rosie as if she were her own. It was Rosie’s first time to a groomer and they took there time and were patient with her. My puppy has very kinky hair and has been hard for me to maintain. Now she looks so adorable with her trim. Thank you Bo for taking care of us. You have a lifetime customer!

i took my puppy in a couple days ago. poor baby’s coat was so tangled. he’s a poodle mix. his fur gets so tangled when it grows out. i been grooming him myself and that didn’t work out well, as you would imagine. he wasn’t happy with me.
so I took him here and Bo was so informative with his grooming needs. her groomer was gentle and patient with him. i would definitely bring him back again.

I was on a very long search for a teacup puppy looking through craigslist, browsing the web, browsing through Unilocal when I finally found Puppy house & grooming. I called them and after speaking with Bo on the phone I came in the very same day a few hours later! I was so glad I came here. Her place is extremely clean, well decorated, inviting and just a lovely place to be! She showed me the puppies and I decided to go with a Yorkie. Bo was so helpful and gave so much good advice. I can really tell she truly cares about the well being of the puppies and cares of them as if they were her own children! Her prices are also very reasonable.
She carries a wide variety of dog supplies like crates, bags, clothes, hair clips, ribbons, food, and everything else you need for your puppy!
I also came in yesterday for my puppies first grooming. His ears had a very bad stink but after his bath it was completely gone! He was so soft and fluffy! I never get the same results when I wash him at home. When I came to pick him up he wasn’t stressed or freaking out.
I will definitely come to puppy house again for future puppy purchases.

Soleil is once again a clean and happy puppy! After posting the first review, Bo called me and even offered to look at her nails and fix her ears. Since Bo is above and beyond nice we were willing to give this place a second chance. We brought Soleil here for just a bath this time and she smells so nice and clean! You can tell Bo really loves dogs and cares for each puppy the way she would treat her own. They are also really reasonably priced. The only negative thing I have to say about this place is that I want to take home all the puppies they are selling here and my parents won’t let me :’(haha. But we will definitely be coming back again :)

Today I stumbled upon Puppy House and Grooming via Unilocal.I had just gotten my two puppies groomed at a different place but was looking for cut accessories. I walked in and my little girl had a pee pee accident. :/​Ruby the front desk gal was so nice to get a towel for me to clean up. As I walked in the groomer and owner, Bo, asked I was there for grooming. I told her I had just gotten them groomed but as looking for cute clothes and accessories. She came out and sat on the floor and hugged my pups. They loved her instantly!
She was talking with me and asking about their breeds. As she hugged my little boy, she noticed his ears were very smelly. I had been told it was a chronic ear infection and been treating it with meds. She told me his ears were not cleaned properly at the other place I had taken them to. She asked if she could clean them for me. I of course obliged and was so thankful for her taking her time to do that for me. It was close to closing time and she was tired but her love for puppies really shows. Quality customer service at its best! Bo also gave me insight on what to expect from grooming and what should and shouldn’t be done. I learned a lot and now see the place I went to before was subpar. It was not much cheaper than Puppy House and Grooming. I wasted $ 50 at the other place and feel all they did was bathe and cut some nails (not all were cut and definitely not filed smoothly).
A huge thank you to Bo and Ruby! I will be making an appointment for my babies to come get groomed with you soon!

Took my little pup here for the first time today! What an awesome experience!
The first thing you notice when you walk in is how clean and maintained the shop is. Bo is a wonderful owner/​manager! I love how she really took the time to talk to me about what I liked and suggested how she could trim Marley’s fur, etc. before I left him with her.
When I returned to pick up my pup, I was really happy with how Bo thuroughly explained how Marley did. I was a little bummed to hear that she had a hard time with his paws (trimming his nails and sanitizing his paws) but Bo took the time to talk to me about what I can do to help him be okay with having his paws touched. It was really nice to hear Bo’s process with still getting Marley’s paws done. I could tell she really cares for her customers on a personal level and wasn’t in such a rush to get me out the door. In the end I was super relieved when she told me that grooming wise she loved him and that he is a really good dog!
5 stars for the wonderful customer service, cleanliness of the shop, one handsomely groomed pup and one totally satisfied dog mommy! We’ll be back in a few months!

Made an appt for our two four legged children. Before they went in for grooming my poor babies were full of knots. We arrived and were welcomed. I told one of the groomers how I wanted their cut, basically, everything cut. We left them at 9 a.m. and were done by 1040.
They are all about customer service which I appreciate. Our groomers were awesome and did as we wanted with our pups. We are definitely coming back!

We have been coming here for a couple of months now and I have to say that it is our number one grooming spot! We love bringing Teddie here for his monthly grooming. The staff does a wonderful job every time and the owner of the place, Bo, is so kind hearted, knowledgeable, and very gentle with dogs. She would always welcome us with a warm smile and positive energy which made us feel very welcome. She always made sure that we were satisfied with the quality of grooming and care that she did to our dog.
This grooming place is very trustworthy and friendly. Once you walk into the store, you can already tell how clean and very well maintained they are. The first time we went here for Teddie’s first grooming, they evaluated him and made sure that they did not do anything that would scare or traumatize him since he has not been around other people. They also answered all our questions and made us feel really comfortable which is really important to us as new dog owners.
I HIGHLY recommend this grooming place to any dog owner. I cannot exaggerate more on how satisfied I am with this place. We love taking Teddie here and will continue doing so for as long as possible.

There are a few times in life when a dog’s hair is so expertly groomed that it is nothing short of genius. This morning, my dog had one of those grooms. — the body trimmed and face cut short.
His hair was excellently washed. Clean, fluffy, and fresh without a hint of fishiness. A glaze of shampoo brought a hint of tart sweetness. The combination of his haircut and wash is to die for!

I’ve been coming to this dog grooming place a few months now. I always leave this place satisfied! They have great service and they always groom my dog the way I ask them too. They never dissapoint. The owner of the shop Bo, is very knowledgeable and very friendly, she knows alot about dogs and always gives good recommendation as to how my dogs hair will look the best. She is definitely a animal lover! She treats the dogs so well!
When I first started bringing my dog here she said he would bite her but with the love she has shown him, he has gotten to know Bo and doesn’t bite anymore.
I love this shop because it is so clean and well maintained. I love the fact that they groom the dogs out in the open and you could see your dog being groomed. Unlike other shops, that do the grooming behind closed doors. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a good dog grooming place!

We love this place! Came here for the first time after moving into the area and our first impression of Bo, her staff, and the facility are great. They’re professional, clean, and so nice and caring to us and our 20-​lb miniature schnauzer. They asked us exactly how we wanted the cut, and followed it through perfectly. They’re also so knowledgeable that I’d trust them and ask them for their advice on future cuts as well.
When we picked him up, they gave us a thorough description of how he did, and explained that they write everything down for next time too. It seems like a small, close-​knit staff so I’m not concerned about getting different groomers in the future. They also offered to give us a tour of the facility and explained the whole process of how they treat their guests (no sharing water bowls, comfortable crates, etc.).

I have been going here for almost a year. They do an amazing job on my 100+lb long haired German Shepard. Not only do they groom little dogs but they groom big dogs too. I chose to take my big dog here because she can walk into the tub instead of being carried in, they have a big cage for her, and they know how handle a big whinny baby.
Most groomer refused to shave her. So when I took my German Shepard here, they recommend a shave. She was SO HAPPY when I picked her up.
They know a lot about dogs here and how to treat them right.

I love, love, LOVE this groomer. I’ve taken my Ellie there twice. She’s a daschund mix that does not look to be groomed. They do an amazing job with her. They are sweet and caring and do a great job.
Last month, I had forgotten to make an appointment and I needed to get her cleaned up before Thanksgiving. My family are not dog people, so I figured if she smelled pretty and looked nice, they would be okay. Well, I went somewhere else and they didn’t do much. Plus, it was a lot more expensive than Puppy House. Lesson learned!
Ellie will only go to Puppy House from now on.
