I bought my granddaughter 2 jackets from this place as Christmas presents 2 weeks before Christmas. At check-​out I explained that I was purchasing these jackets as gifts and asked how long I had to make a return if they did not fit. At first the cashier said 7 days but when I said that i was not going to purchase the items because they were christmas presents she changed it and said that they would exchange them for store credit if they did not fit until January 14^th. When my granddaughter tried to exchange the jackets she was told that there was only a 7 day exchange policy and refused to take the jackets back. My granddaughter called me from the store and after much arguing they finally exchanged one but said that the other jacket was dirty and refused to take it back because they compared it to another jacket. My granddaughter told me they they did not even compare it to the same color jacket. I asked to speak to the manager and was told that the manager did not want to speak to me. These Jackets were bought and gift wrapped immediately. They were so small that my granddaughter could not even button them. I believe that the sales clerk told me that I could exchange these jackets only to get the sale. I will never shop here again and neither will any of my friends or family. I have also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

This place reminds me of the original Forever 21. plain tees, tanks, clubwear, & cocktail dresses in every color. none of the brand name knock offs, just plain clubwear. very organized. tops are 5 – 10 $ dresses under $ 20.
