I think it’s funny that when they say your appointment is at a certain time, it’s really about an hour later… But the DMV will see you right when your appt time is. Only plus side is that Dr Secor is great, hence the extra star.

Had an appointment at 10 AM on a weekday. Since I was a new patient, I had to fill out a few paperwork and be entered into the system before I got to go through my physical exams. This place has a lot of employees, about four working at the front desk (checking in/​out), a bunch of doctors and nurses everywhere.
I was assisted by a few different staff personnel at this site and they were all very professional and respectful. No complaints at all.
Parking lot is very spacious. They offer complimentary coffee and tea while you wait. Waiting room is quite spacious and lots of chairs everywhere.

Slow slow slow… ive been to third world countries that go faster then this place, ive been to low income places that were faster then these people, expect a wait of 3 – 4 hours and another 2 hours for your paperwork once the doctor has seen you. My second time going here i waited so long By the time i was called in to the back scientists had already created a cure and i walked oughta there never to return.
Also this place is like a freezer, i guess they want you to catch pneumonia while you wait.

I had to come here for an employment health screening and had a great experience. It was surprising that the staff were so warm and friendly. The wait wasn’t long even though the waiting room was full.

Very nice place. Took me in without even asking for any information but my first name, payment or even insurance. Gave me a free apple juice and let me go. I was hung over from a weekend of alcohol in San Diego and was driving on my way home back to lA and begun shaking and getting numb. Found this place as the closest urgent care off of the freeway.

They will not answer my calls left a message with my phone number and never called back poor customer service

This review is only about Dr. Hashish. He’s a physiatrist, which is a physical medicine doctor. For my particular injury, he relieved my pain and prescribed a program to get me back to full range of motion and activities.
The staff were quite pleasant and the clinic, itself, is clean and newer with modern décor and equipment.
If you have to see a specialist for sports or orthopedic injury, see Dr. Hashish.

The worst urgent care centre. We had ti wait for 3 hours and our turn was still another hour away even though the attendant kept saying your turn is just 2 turns away every 30 minutes. Also she was very rude to everyone. In the end we had to leave the center without consulting the doctor.

I went to Concentra 3 years ago for a shoulder injury and when the doctor came to see me he asked me to take my pants off and bend down. I asked him why he needed me to do that when it was my shoulder that was hurt and he apologized and told me that he made a mistake. Fast forward to today and I was poked 4 different times for one blood draw. The first time the medical assistant /​front desk clerk could not find a vain so she asks her coworker, the other front desk clerk to draw the blood. The other clerk tries but can’t find a vain. Mind you, I have had my blood drawn numerous times in the recent past without any issues. The clerk then decides to draw blood from the top of my hand. The clerk could have just used the same vain to get a second sample of blood, but she takes the advice of her coworker who tells her I need to be pricked again. So they ultimately stuck me four times. This place is a joke! I was later told that they are understaffed on the weekends and that their best phlebotomists work on the weekdays.

Krysten, Delia, and Miguel are awesome. I had to get last minute procedures and documentation for a travel assignment asap. They all were professional, accomodating, and acted with the sense of urgency that lends to their name! They gave me peace of mind during a very stressful situation. Thank you!

If you are injured at work, you want to go to your own doctor and not this clinic because the orthopedic doctors here may put the insurance company’s interests before your well being.
You will not find doctors upholding their Hyppocratic Oath here.

Two months ago I was referred to this clinic when I broke my wrist at work. I was hesitant to go to a worker’s comp clinic but have been very impressed. The attending physician, Dr. Newman, was attentive and easy to talk to. The following day I returned for an appointment with a very competent orthopedic surgeon who speciality is wrist injuries. Every two weeks I have returned to have the wrist assessed. I am usually there about one hour.
After six weeks, the cast was removed, and I have had numerous occupational therapy sessions to regain strength and mobility in my wrist. The therapist, Ryan, is deserving of 5 stars; he is very knowledgable and does an excellent job of explaining how the break affected my range of motion and how to do the different exercises correctly. With his help, I have more strength and flexibility in the wrist. I am also impressed with the physical therapy staff. They are always friendly, helpful, and professional.
I am picky when it comes to medical care, and I do not have any reservations about the quality of care that I have received at this clinic. I have communicated this information to my employer in case anyone else has a work-​related injury and is hesitant to go.

I have had 2 experiences here. I needed a tetanus shot and my foot tended to (stepped on a rusty can in my neighbors back yard-​shredded my foot trying to get it off.) My sister drove me here, about 10:00 AM, only to be told there would be a 2 hour wait. Okay, I came back in 3 hours, to give them some leeway, then was told there were no doctors there, and to come back in an hour. I decided to sit and wait. 2 hours later, I was finally called back, and got my shot. It took all of 10 minutes. I cleaned, medicated and bandaged my foot myself at home.
Second time was Thanksgiving morning, when I awakened with severe nausea and dizziness. My sister took me here, and I was told there would be no doctors there for hours. The kid working there told me to go to the hospital ER. Was this kid there just to tell people to go to the ER? Why not just close it down and put a sign in the window.
My main gripe is this place should NOT be claiming 24 hour care. Maybe there’s a doctor, maybe not. That’s NOT 24 hour care.
I’ve taken my cats to the emergency vet clinic in the middle of the night, and there have ALWAYS been doctors there. So why not this place?

Parking and easy to locate from the road. Came here for my pre employment exams and it took over an hour to do something so simple and quick! The initial wait was not long but i waited over 30
Minutes in the exam room for my physical which only took one minute! And they told to wait again outside for my drug testing. I have never waited for any of my drug screenings before. Usually I pee in a cup and leave it in the bathroom. Anyhow, the wait could be way less. Perhaps they are understaffed?
Also I made an appt which was helpful. Highly recommended making an appt!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Came here for a pre employment drug screen and was told there was a 2 hour wait. What?!? To pee in a cup and check my blood pressure?!? Ok so I made a appointment for the next day. Keep in mind I scheduled for the middle of the day because I know it tends to be slower. My appointment was at 12:30 and still not seen 45 minutes later. That is unacceptable! Why make appointments?
Don’t get me wrong the nurses and doctors are great! It’s just the wait times that are out of control. They need to schedule appointments more effectively.

Came here, front desk guy was friendly and genuine, told me it would be 45 mins for my pre employment screening. Sat and waited for about 8 minutes and was in and out! Very clean and open facility. Have bathrooms in the front, and open seating with two Flatscreen TVs and magazines to entertain you. Would come here again!

If no stars were an option, I would definitely give it to this place. 2 years ago I hurt my knee playing volleyball and the next day I came to this clinic to get it checked out. (My mistake!!!) I waited 2 hours to see the doctor, who checked my knee out and told me it was only BRUISED and that I should be able to walk. It was clearly very hard for me to walk because I couldn’t put a lot of weight on it without my body feeling unstable and pain on knee. He gave me a knee brace, crutches (although he said I didn’t actually need them) and said it would healed in a month. So I finished the school year and almost 2 months later I started playing volleyball again for the summer. The swelling on knee had gone down and I was walking fine, but it felt very loose and unstable. I injured myself again in volleyball, the same knee, with the exact same pain and swelling as the first time. I didn’t continue playing. 2 years has passed and the same recurring thing has happened, around 5 times. Finally, I thought to myself ‘okay this is not just some regular bruise,’ and once I found the time, I went to a doctor, who referred me to an orthopedist, who then told me my ACL was torn. All he did was feel around my knee and bend it a little to find out. I went into surgery to fix it, and he said my ACL was completely torn and my lateral meniscus had a large tear, as the MRI showed.
I don’t know if there are multiple doctors here, if the same doctor that had initially diagnosed me is still here, I don’t know his name or anything. BUT DON’T FREAKING DIAGNOSE SOMEONE IF YOU DON’T REALLY KNOW WHAT’S GOING ON. Even though you’re a doctor it’s okay to not know, because at least you can refer me to someone who does know and I can get the right treatment. which is what the second doctor did. This makes me so heated!!! I wasted time thinking my knee was okay because the doctor said it was just a minor injury and made me feel like there was almost nothing wrong with my knee.
LONG STORY SHORT: If you’re coming here with knee issues or with any issues, Jesus please save yourself and DONT! Go to your primary doctor for an xray and if you still find nothing, go straight to an orthopedist. Google Dr. Biviji located in Orange if you’re looking for a good one. He diagnosed me and successfully performed my surgery.

This is not ²⁴⁄₇ location. I would hope they make their hours clear. ²⁴⁄₇ for clinic and not ²⁴⁄₇ for emergencies.

I just drove here at 4AM thinking it was ²⁴⁄₇ as stated. Sign even says open, and someone let me in when I rang the bell (he seemed to have been sleeping), but I was told that they «open at 9». I’m very confused/​annoyed that they advertise ²⁴⁄₇ but actually aren’t.

Bright, beautiful facility.
Didn’t find them particularly helpful during a recent emergency.
