La Palma Family Dentistry

Took my wife and daughter to Dr Shah for deep cleaning, fillings, crown and some other issues. The moment we entered the clinic we felt welcomed and comfortable. After the whole process was done — here is what we all felt: Dr Shaw is very experienced he knows exactly what he is doing. He’s straight forward and has a pleasant sense of humor and makes patient very comfortable. Clinic and equipment seem advanced. We are very happy that we came here and will definitely recommend Dr Shaw to our family and friends. Thank you all La Palma staff including front desk 2 ladies, Mr Lew and specially Dr Shaw.

I’ve been going to Dr. Shah for many years, and have had multiple procedures done from simple fillings to replacing my chipped front tooth. The reason I’m writing this review now is because it wasn’t until I went with my boyfriend to his dentist, and saw saw another dentist’s work, that I realized just how good Dr. Shah really is. I rarely have any problems and have never had to get root canals or anything major done because Dr. Shah does such a good job preventing those thing from happening by his quality of work. Needless to say my bf is now going to him. This dentist is the real deal!

The staff is very competent and nice at La Palma Family Dentistry. They listen to the patient and try to make them comfortable. The ladies at the front desk are well organized and get you an appointment quickly, even though the doctor is very busy. Dr. Shah is highly skilled, even teaches dentistry. He will listen respectfully to the patient, analyze the situation, use the digital x-​rays to help explain clearly to the patient what is the problem and the proposed solution. Because he has so much experience and technical know-​how, he doesn’t b.s. about the solution or do guess work. They don’t take HMO, so I switched my insurance to PPO. Dr. Shah is so nice that he tries to find a way to reduce your out of pocket expense. I was tired of going to other dentists, who were rude, greedy, careless, dishonest, not highly skilled, just in it for the money, not really caring about me as the patient. So I’m happy and feel Blessed to be in the care of Dr. Shah. To put patients at ease, he’ll even tell a quick story or make em smile with a joke, or talk about music. He must have a photographic memory because he remembers many important details about me. I recommend Dr. Shah to my friends, co-​workers and to you

Oh Oh! That time of the year! X-​rays and cleaning.
I have been going to LaPalma Family Dentistry for… well longer than I’d like to admit.
I am never that eager to go to the dentist, but they make the event as painless as possible. Everyone there is extremely nice! The TV in the ceiling is a nice touch. It keeps you distracted. The digital X-​rays make that process very fast. The back office ladies are very nice. They keeps the insurance issues to… well I have never had any issues at all. So that’s great!
All in all, I am very happy with LaPalma Dentistry! As long as I have my teeth, I’ll be going back.
