I was given Brian’s info by a friend, so when my heat stopped working, I gave him a call that morning and he said he could swing by that afternoon. He was actually ahead of schedule and came out earlier than expected, which is COMPLETELY rare to find in Nashville. He did a thorough inspection and helped me problem-​solve the issue. Great guy to talk to and very knowledgable. He even charged less than he probably could have. I will definitely be calling him in the future for ANY issue or service.

AC went out and temps to 95 in our house. We called around and Brian was quick to respond. He we prompt, found that we just needed our unit cleaned, and put in ½ pound of coolant. Charged us only for what was needed. When we had our heater last serviced, we paid $ 750 for a new control board. Brian identified that there is no new control board, found a wiring issue and fixed it for no additional charge.
Needless to say, Brian has won our business and the smiley face folks likely have lost our business.
