This Quality Inn seemed fit to my eye.
The bed was soft and comfy; the linens looked and smelled clean. No sign of bed bugs like the previous reviewer! Our bed did have a skirt, and 4 pillows. Room didn’t have any weird smells til we tried to turn on the heat.
A working hairdryer and that extra, third towel is always a plus in my book. The shower was clean and free of other people’s hair. Had good water pressure.
The breakfast was a bit lacking and the toaster didn’t work well, but there was sausage with gravy and the milk was ice cold. For that, I grant thee four stars.
For $ 80, I’d stay again.

I am giving them two stars just because not the worst place I’ve ever stayed. Front door is not ADA. Breakfast is over at 9 which is early. Two of our group missed breakfast. Baby high chair was nasty. Had not been cleaned for a while from the looks of it. Our room was ok. Fire alarm chirped a few times. Mirror had been ate on by a dog. We tolerated it because our family was in next room Pool was super hot. Maybe they want people to not hang out there. The elevator and hallways smelt like cigarette smoke. Room did not so that was good. But I could smell smokers in the second floor which was non smoking. I spoke with the staff about these issues and they appreciated my comments. I probably would have tried to compensate for it but no offers.

All I can say is this is the worst place I have ever stayed in my life. I woke up with BED BUGS around me! When I freaked out and went to the front desk she said «Oh they really need to get that under control.» I asked to be switched rooms (I was staying with a group of people and couldn’t get up and leave that night or I would have) she told me «I will put you in 212… hopefully that’s okay. I read there were bed bugs somewhere else but I think that was on the first floor.» Needless to say, I couldn’t sleep, took an hour long shower and got the hell out of there along with everyone else in my group first thing in the morning.
Not to mention my room filled with smoke through the ventilation system. Never again.
