Martin and Rafael just finished installing luxury vinyl through out the house. I am 100% pleased.
Francine did a wonderful job. She was patient, even in the face of some extended indecision by my wife.
The installation went off without a hitch. Completely professional in all respects. Martin even gave me some local food recommendations.
Oh yes, and A&M does window coverings.
You cannot go wrong with A&M. I just wish I could rate them a 6 or a 7!

A&M carpet came to my house to do stretching of carpet in the family room, living room and hallway. They were here for most of the day correcting the mistakes of the another installer. Jamie and his Dad did an awesome job and their attention to detail was incredible. They also did a new install of carpet in our master bedroom. Again I had no idea what great carpet installation was until I saw what these guys can do. I AM SO VERY HAPPY I DONT HAVE TO SEE THOSE UGLY ROLLS AND LUMPS ANYMORE… Thank you! Thank you! A&M carpet. As a designer, I have worked with different suppliers, and I especially try to work with local vendors in the community in which my clients live in. A&M is my top store for bringing my clients to choose their carpet and wood flooring needs. Their selection is great, the quote process is easy, and the installation is always done right. Very happy with flooring selections, measurements and installation. Sales representative was friendly and patient and didn’t mind answering all of my questions (even repeated questions). Flooring was installed the following week in my living room and den. Installers arrived on time and worked non stop and did an excellent job with cleaning up. A & M Carpets will always be my first choice. I have had them in the past and I have always been very happy with their work. I just had my laundry room and bathroom tiled and again I was very impressed with their work. They do such a beautiful job! The workers are awesome and I highly recommend their service for your flooring needs. The staff is so helpful and knowledgeable about their products.

I have a rental property in North Pomona and I called A&M Carpets to install new carpet two years ago. It was so nice but unfortunately, my tenants pretty much thrashed the carpet and it needed to be changed out. I went to the warehouse in La Verne and Dave recommended a different flooring. He was so patient and nice. He even remembered me. Which I thought was very cool. He was able to have the flooring installed the next day. It now looks like I have hardwood floors. I will always come to him for carpets and flooring. I give Dave and A&M Carpets 5 STARS!

During his measure and estimate Dave the owner represented to my wife and myself that they would break down the bed and move all furniture. He wrote on his estimate «A&M To Move Furniture For All Areas». We gave them $ 1500 against the job to order the carpet, installation scheduled for Sat Nov 22.
Having brought my brother down from Oxnard via train to help move items, we were boxing and preparing on Wed Nov 19 when I received a call from Donna at A&M informing me that they wouldn’t move the bedroom furniture and offering a $ 90 credit, which would not cover professional handling of the same. They broke their verbal and written contract three days before installation, after I’d terribly inconvenienced my brother for assistance. I subsequently advised Dave the owner that he’d be sued for the difference if we had to pay more for the same carpet and pad elsewhere, and he asked that I call him for a check prior to suit.
Do NOT use this business for your flooring needs. Unscrupulous, unprofessional, dishonest.

We got GREAT Quality, new carpet installed in our three bedroom home. We noticed the company was across the street installing carpet, the installer came over and measured how much carpet we needed to buy. We purchased PREMIUM pad and PLUSH Dense nylon carpeting. 7 days later it was DONE perfectly. I forget a 2 foot square closet for our linen and they came back the next Saturday and put it in for FREE!

In January 2013, an ill, disabled relative requested I help freshen up their home. I obliged.
The carpet and carpet padding in the home was well over 35 years old, the carpet was worn, faded and dirty, the carpet padding was disintegrating.
The party lives on a fixed income. The only way to afford new carpet and padding was to buy it using a credit card.
As always, first I contacted another reliable service provider in the carpet (cleaning) business to ask if he knew anyone. The company referral was A & M Carpets.
I needed a low budget carpet already in inventory and ready to install. I drew the home floor plan and noted the measurements for the rooms requiring carpet and padding. I then sent my floor plan with notes to A & M via E-​mail. My image had color-​coding with detailed notes etc. I also sent an image of a carpet color sample I had in mind along with images of the existing carpet and existing flooring in the other rooms of the house. I wanted them to see how the existing flooring looked so they could better serve me.
Based on what I sent them via e-​mail. I received a quote for a low budget carpet and padding already in stock. They had a sample book and a roll of the product they quoted which would fit my requirements. I drove up, approved the products and issued a deposit. The next day the installers installed the carpet.
Since the installation was not performed in my home, I am only including one image for you to view.
The customer service was EXCELLENT! The installers were not only on time, but arrived earlier than expected. They were neat, careful, and completed the job in a very timely manner.
Running a project for someone else can be very stressful. A & M made it easy. I am grateful.
