I’m not understanding these high reviews!
This was one of the worst pedicures I’ve ever had.
–the place was filthy from the dirty bathroom to the stains all over the big brown sofas you sit on for your pedicure. What would it take to sweep the floors once a day?
–the man who did my pedicure took a break halfway through to go outside and smoke, came back in smelling like it. When we left we saw his cigarette just thrown on the ground.
–my feet are rough from the really harsh pumice stone they use, the polish is bubbled and doesn’t go all the way back to the cuticle, and the literally two minute half hearted massage he did was not worth the $ 34 dollar price. And what is up with the real brown sugar, slice of orange and glass of milk they use for the massage? It spilled all over the door as he was pouring it on my legs and he just wiped it up with a towel, no cleaner. Weirdest thing ever!
–the girl who runs the shop was very nice but she is the only one there who speaks a single sword of English. If you want anything you have to ask her to tell your manicurist.
–This was an overall gross experience.

It was my first time here, I came because of the great reviews! But my experience was just ok… I wanted a pedicure and a gel mani but ended up just getting the pedicure because they were taking too long. Overall I would say the best part were the couches… I don’t see myself coming back.

I called and scheduled 3 appointments for myself and my two little princesses for a little bit of pampering. The staff did excellent work and was very helpful and knowledgeable. The salon has really comfortable sofas for naps. My daughters and I love this place! Thank you!!!

Friendly place with great customer service! You need to give it a try. Promise you would love it. I have been coming here since March 2016.

This place is amazing! I have been here a handful of times and can’t say enough great things. I have received a gel manicure which looked great and lasted forever. I have also gotten a scalp massage with coconut oil (best thing ever) and got the eyelash extensions which I loved. So glad I found this place and will definitely be a repeat customer!

Jennifer and her team of professional manicurists are quite amazing! I love them so much. Her salon is very clean and promotes organic products. The free wine and water is a plus! Don’t miss out! Nancy gives the best foot massages with the pedi

Came to check out this place on Sunday and they charged me $ 35 dollars for mani and pedi. They did a horrible job on my toes and my hands I felt like they rush the job!!!

Quality is really bad. Less than 1 week gel has already peeled off. The worst nail shop I had been.

I found Tranquil Nails through Unilocal after a disaster at a different location.
After my disaster, Tranquil needed to remove my bad acrylic nails and I asked them to set news ones. The people here were wonderful! They removed the old acrylic nails and patiently set new ones. These people actually measure the tips before they place them on. They also took the time to make sure that I knew how I was being charged, explaining each charge. Tran also explained the difference between a basic top coat and a gel. These people are wonderful and they make their shop a part of their home.

They did an awesome job on my nails! I got a gel manicure and it turned out really well. They really took the time to make them look and feel great!

Customer service is phenomenal! Went in there for the first time and got the owner (Jennifer) she was very meticulous with her work even though I walked in last minute. Love the treatments offered here as well:) will definitely go back.

Love this place!!! Been there more than once and every time they are very friendly and always satisfied with the services. Last 2 times I’ve gotten my nails done by Jennifer and she is so friendly and super sweet! I definitely will keep coming back to them!
I got the deluxe Pedicure today and a fill with Gel and I absolutely LOVE MY fill and pedicure my feet and arms feels so soft!!!
I even got eyelash extensions done a few weeks ago by them too but I ended up taking them off after a week cause I should of gotten the smaller ones vs the long ones cause I didn’t listen to Jennifer… Oh well. They were nice tho! (She posted my picture on the pg here)
Would I recommend this place to people? Yes! When you refer 3 you get a free manicure or pedicure (I forgot which)

A very unique spot. The couches are relaxing and different. Staff is very patient and they take the time to make you feel at peace. A bit pricey but you but well worth it.

I was looking for a place in the area close to home I Unilocaled around and found this little gem they were very friendly and attentive they went out of their way to make sure I got exactly what I wanted as far as color and design took their time and dos a great job I got gel mani and and regular pedi great price. I would definitely come back.

I used to go to a nail salon in San Dimas near my job buuuut lately I haven’t liked the service. So my grandma and I decided to try out a new one. I Unilocaled for about 30 minutes & I discovered this gem. I immediately was pleased at how many positive reviews! It is very hard to have almost all ⁴⁄₅ stars. Especially at a salon. I called & made an appointment for 2 pedicures at about 5:30.
I arrived right on time & was greeted immediately by who I’m assuming is the owner. She had me pick a color. My grandma and I settle in & both get the deluxe pedicure which is $ 34. This includes callous remover, honey sugar scrub, massage, hot stones, etc. WELL WORTH THE PRICE. Trust me. Most places charge extra for those types of things!
The place was empty, the owner was working on the computer up front but immediately jumped in to help a client who had an appointment, since the only other employees were doing our nails. The pedicure was amazing and they took their time! At least an hour and a half (I know it seems like a long time but so worth it) they give you a more salon spa type of work. They make sure to thoroughly scrub your feet, every portion of your foot is taken care of, every cuticle, just perfect! I’ve never had a pedicure that amazing before. Especially since I came so late in the day. My grandma has knee problems and the woman who did her nails was very accommodating.
Pros:
1. VERY professional & exceptional customer service.
2. Clean, cute and cozy interior with super comfy sofas.
3. They have raffles, prizes, specials, discounts, & so much more!
4. They are open until 7:30pm.
5. Extremely fair and reasonable prices.
Cons:
1. I never came here sooner!
Halfway through my toes I decided to get a gel manicure because the special was a free paraffin wax treatment for my hands. I almost didn’t.granted I wanted to BUT it was 6:45 already & I hate to keep people late.
My girl never rushed me or made me feel like I was an inconvenience which is a rarity in nail salons. The owner didn’t hover but she was very aware what was going on. Even helped my girl with my manicure. They cut my nails perfect and it was the most relaxing time. Even though they knew I would be there after hours (along with one other client) they never rushed us. Took their time & made sure we were happy. My new go-​to! I’ll be back next month.

Jennifer is an amaaaazing host and owner. She uses the finest quality paint and offers free drinks and cocktails (yummy!). She used to work in Beverly Hills and started her own business :) they use gloves and give you glasses for the gel light procedures. She doesn’t use UV light but LED ones to protect your eyes and skin. Love her staff. Very clean and cute setting. Found my new place!
