Love this place. I make the drive from Fontana to get service here. I get the Brazilian. The atmosphere is calm Danelle is awesome. Prices are reasonable.

This place was warm and inviting. I’d never done a sugar session before, and I’m very glad I came here for it. The girl helping me out was so friendly and comforting. I’d recommend this place to anyone.

This is an amazing place to go get a sugaring wax. I loved the atmosphere here very calm, clean, and relaxing. I am 34 weeks pregnant, and I went in for a Brazilian wax by Stephanie. She was amazing because I know I was hard to deal with she made me as comfortable as possible was very kind, went above and beyond in my opinion. She got me a pillow, and a glass of water because I started feeling bad. I didn’t went up doing a Brazilian because I am every sensitive in that area due to the fact that I am pregnant I went with a California instead. I will be back for sure after I am done with my pregnancy. I loved it better then regular waxing way less painful.
The only con about this place was the room was a little too hot for me even after she turned it down a little. The girl in the front didn’t have enough change so I felt like I didn’t leave enough tip, and Stephanie deserved a well tip. Oh well next time I will bring a smaller bill, or more change.
I didn’t feel like I should take off one star, because it’s an amazing place with great staff. I will be back (:

My new favorite place to get a sugar wax. Significantly less painful than a regular wax, and the woman who worked on me was quick and friendly. The entire place was spotless and had a great ambience. Peaceful music was playing and there was a nice aroma throughout the spa. They even had cute Valentine’s day décor in the front/​waiting area. Will definitely be coming back for more services.

Love this place! I had a facial with Danelle, it was absolutely amazing. I plan on returning at least once a month. Wild Earth Spa has a very relaxing and tranquil atmosphere and I found the staff to be very pleasant and professional.

Just got sugered by Stephanie and it was great! Love the price and the attentiveness off the whole staff! The ambiance of the location is perfect. Never will I wax again. I feel great right now. Hopefully none of the discomfort of waxing surfaces. I think I’m going to become a regular

Danielle is the lady who does my sugar waxing. She is so nice and friendly. I have to do sugaring because I am highly sensitive to everything else. Regular waxing requires a cold pack after. But not with sugar. I have never had a problem with here and they are open late on certain days so it’s perfect!

Amazing! I think the girl I got was Tanya and she was so nice and patient with me saying hold on let me breath and asking her to count down for me cause I need to prepare myself for pain lol she did the sugar wax Brazilian.

My mom likes to send me here to get pampered. I had a facial by the owner and it was AMAZING! It was very relaxing, received a shoulder, neck massage and an anti aging type of facial massage I’ve never had before. Afterwards i was greeted with water and was told i could sit and relax a while, which i did. I will definitely come back.

I was leaving for a impromptu beach trip and I needed a wax, no time to drive to my usual spot. I decided to go to WES because it was closest to me, but I had a terrible sugaring experience. I’m not sure who my esthetician was (because she didn’t bother to introduce herself), but the technique just wasn’t there. I told her I was nervous because it had been a while and she did nothing to make me feel at ease. Unlike wax, sugaring requires patience and she acted like she wanted me out of there as soon as possible. It was the most painful waxing experience I’ve ever had and I’ve been waxing for years. I was literally screaming hell and the esthetician did nothing. I left without my full brazilian. There was even some bleeding and plenty of sugar hickey’s. It was $ 20 bucks less than my usual spot, but NOT worth it. Go elsewhere for your waxing needs.

Made my Brazilian sugaring plus the strip appointment same day. When I got there I filled out their customer questionnaire and was taken to a private room right away (no wait, yay!) since I’m not new to sugaring she didn’t explain to me what it was but I’m sure she would have if it was my first time. I was in and out in under 20 minutes. There was no awkwardness at all. She even gave me skin tips that I can’t wait to try! Remember ladies, it will hurt the 1^st time but it definitely hurts less by your 3^rd appointment. It is totally worth the small amount of pain and money you have to spend!!!

One of the best facials I have ever had. Amanda made it easy to relax and my skin looked radiant. I certainly will be back. The spa was decorated nicely, quiet and very clean. My facial lasted a full hour with no pauses or down time during the facial. I was very happy with the results.

Went to Tanya for a sugaring appointment and was very impressed-​very professional and excellent service. Would recommend to anyone! Sugaring is a lot more gentle for your skin than waxing.

sugaring is the best thing ever! No wax residue and it hurts 100 0000x less than regular waxing! This is coming from the biggest pain wimp; every time i lie on the waxing bed, i cling my fingers together so hard that i sweat. :(
Renee was really easy to talk to and was willing to stay a little later to work around my busy schedule. I also love their facility. The dim lighting and tranquil background music set a calm ambience, perfect for spa services.
I didn’t give this place five stars because they failed to make my reservation and I didn’t find out until I had called back to confirm.

My mom and I had gotten treated to their Spa Sampler package as gifts so I’m only going to be reviewing massages and facials (as well as their service of course).
The place is small and quaint – pretty charming and has that very organic feel! They had us both fill out just info/​questionnaire sheets with basic info on them – nothing too intrusive (and they even omit the year of your birthday, haha! good for older ladies???). They seemed to prep pretty fast and called my mom and then my name soon after!
Stress-​relief massage: the masseuse told me I had to disrobe (which means everything except your underwear, haha) and then to get under the sheet. Although it is always scary and awkward when you are basically naked anywhere, I felt relatively comfortable. She was very professional and the massage itself felt awesome! The pressure was just right and it felt extremely relaxing. I’m no massage-​guru, but the masseuse was always conscientious about telling me to turn over and asking if the pressure was ok!
Express facial: The facialist (? LOL what do you call these people.) was very nice — great service! She asked about what type of skin I had and then proceeded to massage and pamper my face with lots of nice-​smelling organic products. I honestly am no… pro to getting facials, but I am VERY glad that Wild Earth does NOT use mechanical or any sort of tools. All they use is their organic products… some may say that this is not effective, but I know for a fact that #1 I do NOT want to experience pain when trying to relax (I heard popping pimples and taking out blackheads isn’t healthy anyways?) and #2 I like to enjoy a nice facial massage with products that are good for my skin. She also massaged my arms, hands, and fingers with lotion and that was very enjoyable as well. :)
Overall – great service from everyone at Wild Earth Spa and I wish I could have stuck around longer, but for some reason my mom was eager to leave. –_​_​– Hope to come back for some more massages and facials soon… I also hear the sugaring here is bomb, so might try that one out!

BEWARE OF THIS SPA!!! Never falling for those annoying sales people that come into offices selling cruise packages and sports tickets. I feel for this one $ 60 got me five treatments BEWARE of «SPAS FOR A CAUSE!» They did NOT inform me that I would have to pay a $ 23 service fee for EVERY visit totaling this to $ 152.
ANYWAY, I show up on a Saturday 5 min before my 12pm appointment for a 30 min massage which I upgraded to a full one hour. The front desk girl shows me to the back and explains that I need to change into a towel wrap, sit in the sauna that is timed for 30 min but I don’t have to sit in there that long (Isn’t the recommended time for a sauna 15 mins?) come out shower and change into the robe behind the door.
Robe/​slippers:
I change into my towel wrap which is 3 sizes too big, if I hadn’t held it the entire time, hello naked. Put on my flat uncomfortable slippers which turned out to be 2 left feet, FUN so far!
Ambiance: Still trying to remain calm and start to relax, I walk into the back. Green lush Eden gardens? Try unorganized yard chair mess and dead dry plants, seriously a back yard in South Central could have beat this one.
Sauna: I was surprised to see that this was literally a wooden box (2 people max) think of the ones that you buy at the LA county fair. I’m 5’2 and this was small for ME. If I had brought my 6’2 husband we would have been cramped. Not only was this teeny… it was cold. NOT warm. I sat there for 5 min hoping this was a magical Mickey Moused sauna that would heat up in seconds. No. I literally would have been warmer sitting in my car with the windows rolled up.
Robe: Not going to torture myself with sitting in a wooden box for the hell of it I walk back inside, being that I didn’t sweat I didn’t shower. Go to put my robe on and alas NO ROBE! Walk down the hallway in my 3 sizes to big towel wrap 2 left feet slippers and wait for someone to emerge. Told the same girl NO ROBE, she brings me one (while I’m still in the hallway) she hands me a robe I go to the room put it on… and yes this story gets worse. A COLD WET ROBE! She must have grabbed it from the dryer because the outside was dry but inside wetter and colder than a rainy day.
Now 12:15 Beyond shocked this place is still in business I put my clothes back and sat in the waiting room that apparently doubled as their storage. Computer printers on the couch mirrors on the floor, relaxing setting right? I told the girl how ridicules this is and can I just please get my massage. She told me the therapist wasn’t going to be ready until 12:30 that they schedule you to sit in the «sauna» and shower for 30 min. So I waited not 15 min, but half an hour and the therapist was still not ready at 12:45. Did I get an «I’m sorry? A we will waive the service fee?» NO. With ALL that had happened I was STILL supposed to pay $ 60. I walked out.
A waste of 45 min of my life.
Wild Earth Spa is the epitome of a foul horrid bottom of the barrel «Spa.» I would literally rather have gotten a better experience in a massage chair at the Chinese nail salon THAT would have been grade A compared to this hell hole. I am all about helping out local businesses. But this place needs to be shut down.
SUM UP:
You will have better service and ambiance sitting in a gasoline restroom with the lights dimmed.

After having tried the sugaring experience in Orange County, I was desperate to find a place closer to my house in Chino that offered the same waxing style! After much research on Unilocal and google, I came across Wild Earth Spa.
I made an appointment easily over the phone and went in on Saturday at 10:30 am.
The place is very serene and clean and I enjoyed the music and scents throughout the spa.
I can’t remember the name of the person that did my waxing but she did a good job.
I was in and out of there in less than 20 minutes!
This is a great value for what you get! I got the full brazilian and it cost $ 55.
I definitely recommend giving sugaring a try and also giving this spa a try!

I liked this place very much. It was clean and very «earthy». Had a nice ambiance and everyone was very professional and welcoming. I had the livingsocial deal and got the Brazilian sugaring. If you’ve never tried sugaring I highly recommend it. It dramatically reduces hair growth after just one session and is so much more sanitary. The aesthetician did a pretty good job, she was fast and very clean. She did miss a chunk in the middle but that was my bad too cuz I didn’t notice it either when she had me double check. The only thing I didn’t like was the hot towel she gave me to wipe off any residue; just give me a baby wipe, it’s disposable and I don’t have to worry about where it’s been. Other than that the prices are reasonable and the place is very classy.
