Aimee Melton is a founding partner of Reagan, Melton & Delaney, L.L.P., located in La Vista, NE, and is a valued member of the firm. Aimee Melton graduated from Creighton University School of Law and was admitted to the Nebraska State Bar Commission in 2004. After she was admitted to the bar, she began working as a prosecutor in Douglas County. She has tried more than 150 bench and jury trials in her career. She uses her experience to represent her client’s interests and aggressively handles each case. At Reagan, Melton & Delaney, L.L.P., she concentrates her practice primarily on the areas of family law, including divorce, child custody, parenting time, child support, modifications, contempt actions, and domestic violence protection orders.
