Emerald Pointe

I haven’t even rented from this place and I’m already advising you not to. We saw multiple ads on Craigslist and other sites for their open apartments and when we called and went in there a couple different times they said that they had nothing available. Even after posting an ad within that same hour. Sure I understand vacancy is hard to come by now a days but the staff in the office, seriously the rudest women I’ve ever had the unfortunate luck to have to talk to. As soon as you walk in they do not greet you. They ask what you want and what you’re doing here basically and they barricade the office. Like they’re hiding something in there. They don’t ask you to sit down or really care what you need. They tell you they never have anything and when asked about the ads they post they say that isn’t them posting them. I’m glad I don’t rent there and specifically because of that staff I refuse to. If you decide to good luck to you!
