Went to O’Reilly’s for headlight replacement after first stopping at Auto Zone and buying a $ 18 light! The gal there couldn’t put it in. She told me to go to Oil Can Henry’s they couldn’t do it but referred me to O’Reilly’s. John sold me an $ 11 light and we went out to change it. He reached in to remove the old bulb and it turned on! It didn’t need to be replaced. Speedy lube who changed my oil 2 days ago disconnected something. I then mentioned speedy lube telling me I needed a new battery. John goes to get something to test it and shows me that I passed all the tests and it doesn’t appear I need a new one. He wants me to come back and he will take the battery out and test it apart from the car! Just exceptional service! Definitely recommend! Thank you John!

Steve M and John F were awesome!
Steve M went above and beyond to help me figure out what happened to my car that fortunately broke down in front of O’reily. Both suggested a garage for my car to be towed to and called the mechanic and got a price quote on the phone. They did not have to help me with my car issue, but made sure not only did I get the parts I needed but that I was safe until the tow truck showed up! Thank you.

I’ve shopped here on a couple of occasions, and both times I’ve been happy with the service. The staff is helpful, and the parts I needed were in stock. I’ve never had to ask for assistance with helping me to install parts, so I’m not sure if that’s something they’ll do here or not. One of the area competitors is always willing to help me install what I need, but I haven’t inquired about that one the few purchases I’ve made here. The clerk who assisted me today was very courteous and offered his expertise and personal experience with a particular product that I had never purchased, and I felt better about the item I intended to buy. Prices are comparable to other area competitors, and there is even a military discount.

I went here to replace a light bulb for my headlight. I informed the cashier that it was a 2005 Pilot. He didn’t know what company makes Pilots (Honda), so minus one star for lacking basic technical knowledge of your craft. Another reviewer mentioned a military discount, that’s odd because I was in uniform, having just got off work and there was no mention of this. He did help with recommending bulb grease which redeemed his earlier slip. Okay place if you need a car part and they are the closest to you.
