I’m kind of surprised to read the bad reviews here… I’ve been coming here for a little over a month (but at least twice a week) and I have found the owners to be super nice and accommodating. They ALWAYS help me out with next day service and my uniforms look crisp and great! They’ve also done some alterations for me, which I was also pleased with.

Used a 30% off coupon. They marked up my order by 25% before giving the discount. The quality is ok but extremely expensive.

One of the worst dry cleaners I’ve ever been too. Beware taking your clothes to this place. They ruin clothes and are extremely rude. Owners/​managers have the worst attitude and yell at customers. Take your clothes else where

I have been going to this dry cleaner since they opened. Today I picked up a shirt that they destroyed. It was a $ 118.00 Tommy Bahama silk shirt. The sleeves were shredded. First, they told me it was my fault because I brought it in that way. Um, no. I did not. You count and check each piece. If it was so badly torn why didn’t you say something? Then it was the shirts fault. Then it was a chemical reaction caused by my deodorant. I asked why it had never happened the previous times they cleaned the same shirt? Blank stare. I asked why none of my other shirts have not had the same problem? Duhhhhh. The owner says I’ll give you $ 20. I said no. I can’t replace the shirt for $ 20. He thinks we are negotiating and stops at $ 40. I told reminded him that I have been his customers for years and all I want is for him to do the right thing and make it right. He turns his back and starts doing other things. Scumbag! I would suggest you look elsewhere for a dry cleaner or be prepared for when they destroy something of yours.

Used them one day for their same day service. That went well. However when I returned on my second visit I was told I would be charged extra because my uniform shirt was small and had to be done by hand because them machines are designed for a mans uniform shirt. So as I see it I was discriminated being a women who is small and happened to work in an industry which requires uniforms. It was 5.50 to be a small women and 1.99 for a normal sized man. I took my 3.50 to another cleaner. Charging extra seems to be a pattern with them.

$ 3.99 for ONE white shirt washed and pressed? Total rip off. Along with horrible customer service, this place is a huge FAIL. Take your business elsewhere.

Fast, mostly friendly, and very clean. This is the way that I like it.

I used this cleaners without checking Unilocal — I had an instinct to stay away but it is so convenient. They overcharge on alterations and do not have good customer service by the way they treat people. Can anyone recommend another cleaners?

Had been using them about a year now, without too many issues — depending upon who takes your shirts, you could be charged more under «has to be dry cleaned not laundered». But we will NEVER return after my husband picked up his shirts and they show him one with two large rips in the back of the shoulders. Instead of taking responsibility that THEIR workers ripped the shirt when fitting the steam mannequin, the one woman continuously insisted that the material was weak and the shirt was dropped off with the rips. They refused to off any discount or compensation. VERY ARROGANT and DISHONEST BUSINESS — do not go here!

THE GOOD: The way they tag and bag the clothes is very good, and the clothes come out clean, so this place DOES the job.
THE BAD: This business is too expensive and manipulates the prices indiscriminately. I dropped off 5 shirts to be laundered ($ 1.99/each). The person said no problem. When i went in to pick them up, the owner (?) said «2 of the shirts are too small and hand to be done by hand,» so they cost $ 6/​each. WTF? I’ve never heard such nonsense before at any cleaner I’ve gone to before. What a scam!

A terrible business run by a dishonest owner
I just picked up shirts from this business and was hit with a roughly doubling of the price due to the fact I requested next day service. At the time of drop off there was no mention of the extra charge and it is not posted in the store. Upon pick up the person informed me of the additonal charge.
Buyer beware and stay away from this dishonest business!
I will never do business with them again and tell everyone I know about this terrible business

I was in Ladera for a few weeks and had to get my clothes cleaned often, they were always nice and speedy and even picked up and delivered my clothes when I was busy. I’d recommend this cleaner to anyone in the area.

I am writing this review to express my disappointment for this cleaners. I went to the cleaners to get my husband’s pants altered. This required only shortening of a hem at the bottom of the pants. We got the pants back and the first time he wore them to work 3 days later the whole hem fell out. How embarrassing was that. He had to get a stapler to put the hem back up while he was at work. This is really poor. I did the hem myself and it has stayed in since. The worst part about this was that it was really expensive to get this service done. Also, In my same order I had a pair of expensive pants that I got a food stain on the top part of the leg. I got the pants back and the stain was still totally there. Did they even look at the pants when they finished the cleaning process? It really make me wonder where the quality control is for this store. Since my aweful trip I have taken my dry cleaning to Celebrity Cleaners in Ladera Ranch and their service is awesome and the cleaning was done right the first time…

No posted price sheet! Anywhere! When they give you your ticket there is no cost listed. You don’t know how much you will pay until you pick up your clothes. By then it is too late! I dropped off 6 men’s business shirts. The bill was over $ 30. That comes to $ 5 per shirt. They said it was because my shirts had to be dry cleaned. Really? But of course they didn’t say that when I dropped them off. In Irvine and at other local cleaners, if I bring in 5 or more items the cost is $ 1.50 per shirt. The one laundered shirt I had cleaned here cost $ 3 to clean. In addition, there is not a one day service. Every cleaner I have ever, ever, visited (with the exception of this one) offers (gives) same day service. Here their default was 3 days (I dropped them off Monday morning, they said it would be ready Wednesday after 5pm). They have a striving business but I don’t know why. HEY LADERA RESIDENTS THERE ARE CHEAPER CLEANERS OUT THERE THAT ARE REPUTABLE, DO A GOOD JOB, AND ARE TRANSPARENT WITH THEIR PRICES AND PRACTICES. I ENCOURAGE YOU TO SHOP AROUND.
