I’ve ordered from Ladera Rancher Flower Shoppe numerous times and all the recipients of the flowers have raved about their delivery and sent me photos to show how lovely they are. The last person that received flowers told me it was the most beautiful arrangement she had ever received!
A a client, I enjoy the customer service and that my loved ones always enjoy their arrangements.

Just found this little gem. My wife wanted some peonies and while many other stores did not carry them anymore, they did. Definitely worth the money that you pay for. The owner is very nice and very helpful! We will be back. Thanks!

Yesterday, I received a text from Ladera Flower Shoppe letting me know that they had just dropped off flowers on my front doorstep. This was a surprise for my birthday and I was in awe when I saw what was on my doorstep. Ladera Flower Shoppe makes the most beautiful bouquets! I have not checked out the shop myself yet but I definitely will now!

Be aware! Nice shop, but they are charging at least twice the price than any other shops for the same quality and arrangements. I won’t go back!

Please update your Unilocal profile… This shop is NOT open on Sunday. I went looking for an arrangement and LFS was the only shop listed with Sunday hours. Should I have called first? Maybe. But I haven’t been let down by Unilocal before so I headed over. Sign on the door says closed Sunday. Two stars because the shop looks cute and what I could see in their case looked fresh and pretty. Off to find another flower solution…

around 9a i called to request a same-​day birthday order of luxe flowers for my mother-​in-​law. as we live in los angeles, i am unfamiliar with the local ladera ranch florists & relied upon the powers of Unilocal to choose the right one. you see, my mother-​in-​law cultivates a pointed curiosity in botany & gardening. i needed to find a florist that offered a well-​curated menu of flowers /​plants, elegant, yet natural arrangements & same-​day delivery service.
i made the absolute correct choice — ladera flower shoppe’s customer reviews served me well.
the beautiful birthday arrangement — one of their ‘garden style compact’ — arrived but an hour & a few minutes later at my mother-in-law’s condo. when i spoke with her in the afternoon she noted that the person who delivered them must have been the owner as she was so polite & the flowers were so striking. she seemed pleased to not be able to identify a few of the selected stems & named the others with admiration.
the price is absolutely commensurate to the quality.

The Ladera Flower Shoppe did an amazing job with my wedding flowers. I keep looking at the bouquets that still sit, beautiful and fresh, on my table and am in awe of what a beautiful job they did. We received so many compliments and they were the perfect touch to a beautiful day. The gals were wonderful to work with, offering great suggestions and listening to our input. Beautiful arrangements and quality flowers with AMAZING service. Everyone at this flower shoppe are incredibly friendly (especially the owner, Kelly). Our company orders flowers from their shoppe for all our birthdays. Each one is always totally unique form the other! They use only the freshest flowers and don’t waste any space on arrangements with those ‘fillers’ or ‘greens’. That’s when you know they really take QUALITY seriously. They are always delivered promptly and in impeccable condition.

Flower delivery is usually a waste of money, in my opinion. For Valentine’s Day, my husband used Ladera Flower Shoppe, a local business, in hopes of getting a fresher flower selection that wouldn’t get lost in the hustle of Valentine orders. The lilacs I that were delivered were lovely the first day but because they were out of season, faded quickly. Again, I was disappointed. I called Ladera Flower Shoppe and told Teri what had happened. She couldn’t have been more concerned about the delivery. She apologized and said Kelly (the owner) would get in touch when she was back in the store. I wrote it off as another disappointing flower delivery experience. However, Kelly called and was more devastated than I was about the flowers. She overwhelmed me with offers to make it right. We discussed different «in season» flowers that would last longer and be more readily available. I chose a bouquet of ranunculus. They arrived the next day and were magnificent. The bouquet was huge. No carnations, baby breath, or other cheap filler… just stem after stem of gorgeous flowers. I’m so happy with Ladera Flower Shoppe and their customer service. I can’t wait for my next flower delivery.

Hands down the most beautiful and original bouquets! I had received flowers from a friend to my office. All the girls loved them so much that now at my office we all pitch in for everyone’s birthdays to get flowers. Kelly is soooo sweet. She is now doing a friend of mine’s wedding too. I went to visit the Shoppe and they have such cute things there too! Thank you Ladera Flower Shoppe and Kelly!

Very creative for a Mothers Day arrangement. Reasonably price for such a high demand holiday. They delivered the arrangements to the front door on time on Mothers Day Sunday. Impressive customer focus to insure our satisfaction..

I have to admit it… it’s time I came clean… I’m a total flower snob. There, I said it. I hate carnations & baby’s breath, am fussy about how flowers are arranged and think that every time I get flowers, they could have looked better. Then I met Kelly (owner) and saw some of the creations that both her and Teri make… and thought to myself, «Self, I just found a treasure!». I have never met someone as caring, talented and genuinely interested as a business owner, nor I have I seen such amazing talent from designers such as Teri, so close to home. This place is definitely worth a look, a shot and well deserving of your business. Highly recommend!!!

My favorite florist around!!! They are so artistic that when you receive a delivery from them you’re speechless and in amazement at how beautiful their design is. The service is amazing and the owner is very friendly.

Ladera Flower Shoppe did my flowers for my wedding. The flowers arrived so beautiful and elegant.
I worked with Teri on the design and type of flower; she has a great, creative eye. She listened to my thoughts on what I wanted, but also recommended her own ideas. She wasn’t too pushy about it either; she is the designer and could see the grander side of the design. She mentioned things that I didn’t think of (like having the size of my bouquet in relation to my torso size, and what kind of jewelry will I wear so my bouquet could compliment it).
Kelly, the owner, was friendly and personable and made sure she personally delivered my wedding flowers.
They were in constant communication throughout the process, and I never once worried about anything regarding my wedding flowers.
Some of the floral arrangement they had in stock were a bit pricey, as well as the greeting cards they offered for sale. But the flowers stayed fresh for days (I bought an arrangement as a gift).

Overall the service is lacking. I felt like the shop owner was doing me a favor by letting me walk into the store. Overpriced arrangements as well. I have made a couple visits but the last one will be my final. There are just too many great floral options to have to deal with attitude and expensive pricing for mediocre arrangements. In a competitive world, I am going to try a few other places.
