The Black Napkin

INCREDIBLE!
I am an event producer that recently got married and had the challenge of producing my OWN event for the first time. Admittedly — my expectations were high, and we were doing things a little out of the box (the reception was on a sound stage as opposed to a ballroom or country club). Here’s the email I sent to the guys at Black Napkin the week after the wedding (probably the best way to communicate here how I felt about their service):
«There’s no way to properly say THANK YOU in an email. It’s just not possible to communicate through such an impersonal medium, the gratitude we have for you and your team. The phrase „it wouldn’t have happened without you“ sounds cliché, but in this case is 100% true… not only would the reception have been impossible to pull off, but there’s no way it would have been so smooth, so seamless, so perfect of an experience without you. Yes — this is due to the details of your service: the fact that I never was without a drink, that I never saw a piece of trash, that the food stations were always stocked, the guests were always well attended… but more importantly, this was due to the love and support that you provided. It seems potentially weird to use the world LOVE here (being that we’ve only known each other 6 months) — but you emanated love… love for what you do, love for how you do it, and an overall love of life. It was felt be me, it was felt by my husband, it was felt by all.»
