Tommy and Lisa were the best agents I have ever used. I was selling an income property and although I am a broker myself, I did not know the area and needed someone great. Tommy and Lisa were those great agents. I also wanted a higher price then anyone in the neighborhood and they were able to sell my property within three weeks and get me two offers at my price! Big kudos for them and lots of respect. I will definitely be using them again.

It was time to sell my townhouse and I needed to find a realtor whom I could trust and feel comfortable with. I learned early on that selling a property is not an easy process and a good hardworking realtor is key. I actually met Tommy and Lisa when they were canvassing door to door in Ladera Ranch. Seiously, not too many realtors do this and it showed me that these two hustle.
Both Tommy and Lisa are so easy to work with, yet make fast and decisive decisions on how to sell your property quickly and at the right price. Not to mention their frequent open houses and top notch marketing that they provide their clients. Everything they handled from the photography of the property to the home staging was of the highest quality. Their extensive knowledge and timely advice about the local market calmed a lot of my worries. It truly felt like they «earned» their commission, as opposed to just taking some iphone pics of your place and listing the property like so many below par realtors do. Definitely a cut above the majority of real estate agents out there.
I can whole heartedly recommend Tommy and Lisa as a realtor team that will get you property sold and will take a lot of the stress out of a very stressful process. I will be using them again when I sell my next property for sure.

They were confident and honest with us regarding putting our house on the market and weren’t willing to settle on getting us the most profit possible. Furthermore, they communicated easily with other members of the transaction as we were using the funds from our current home on a future purchase. They educated us as we navigated through uncharted waters and we now consider them more as family then just business partners. Bottom line, they are the best. You would be a fool not to have them as your go-​to house buying/​selling machines. WONDERFUL!!!

Tommy and Lisa are incredible! From prior experiences, I believed real estate ‘agents’ were people that sent you home listings and unlocked the lockbox. Tommy & Lisa showed me the value of real estate PROFESSIONALS. I was under duress to find a new home, go through escrow and upgrade the home I purchased within 60 days — Tommy & Lisa made it happen. They were amazingly responsive, patient, honest, knowledgeable and reassuring. They were extremely receptive and took the time to learn my taste and objectives and assisted me accordingly. They also provided me referrals to contractors that had a similar work ethic and finished complete re-​flooring and painting of my new home in under 2 weeks. And Tommy said he will not disappear after the sale… I believe him! He understands service.

Tommy and Lisa helped us sell our house in Aliso Viejo. We met several agents who were all very good, but it was Tommy and Lisa’s vision and game plan for selling our house that set them apart from the rest. They provided us with lots of fact-​based data that helped us better understand the housing market at the time.
